      Not really. black and white culture in America has been separated by law for hundreds of years. White people often don’t understand the different ways black people interact.
      If you’re white or non black, try realizing that there are some things you don’t know / understand . If you are black, it’s not racist to recognize there are differences between white and black culture. Neither is superior, they’re just different.
