  • Begining today, I'm going to be sharing 31 video and audio clips taken from various trainings and talks we've done over the past few years to offer a month of Transformative Coaching!
In this first clip, taken from a live seminar in Glasgow with Ali Campbell, I talk about the difference between traditional life coaching and the benefits of an inside-out understanding!

This sounds like a very 3 Principles approach to sports. Interesting! Look forward to hearing more.

For more on sports and 3 Principles you can look up Garret Kramer, he has been working with athletes and the 3P's for quite some time now - His book "Stillpower" is all about that.

Michael makes many good points which I appreciate. However his comment that our minds need to understand not practise isn’t something I agree with. I believe like many other coaches that you need to have both understanding AND practise. The practise is what creates new neural pathways and helps you to think differently when faced with repeat challenges. In addition to understanding, the practise helps create new patterns until a new way of doing things moves from being uncomfortable to feeling totally natural ... but only after practise. I can share links to a good book explaining this by another expert if you want to contact me personally for details.

When you understand how gravity works, do you need to practise, or does it blend into your life automatically?
