@@christinasmith6698I’m pretty sure the whispering was the Defense attorney whispering to the defendant about his bond and explaining it to him.. because the DA was addressing judge Simpson.. and I didn’t see the only plaintiff that they were referring to, which that is in his other case in front of judge freshour. After relistening, I’m positive the whispering is between the defendant and his defense counsel.
