As a nurse, I've seen .44 serum ethanol😮! Was conversive...KrAzy. The highest-ever BAC was blown by Terri Comer, who recorded 0.72% after being found comatose behind the wheel of a car. Fortunately, no one was harmed in this crash, and Terri merely veered off the road and into a snowbank.. It is generally agreed that the world record holder was a Polish man, who was arrested with an unthinkable BAC level of 1.480%. His crash caused serious to other people, and this individual eventually passed away due to his own injuries

1st one... It's pretty unusual to allow a foreign national to go out of the country while on bond... I was surprised.
.409 BAC is in the range of potentially fatal. To be able to drive anywhere when near that is proof of severe alcoholism. Take the tether with alcohol sensor off and he'll drain 2 fifths of booze in an hour.

0.08% is the legal limit to be able to drive. 0.10% is where the vomiting and potentially blacking out starts to occur. 0.30% is where alcohol poisoning begins and is considered the lethal threshold.

Incredibly enough, Judge Simpson actually granted breakout rooms for three separate cases, which is rare considering he usually doesn't like to do so. But, apparently in each of the three cases, there were mitigating factors where the judge granted those requests. But, some of today's cases were so surreal, including the defendant who went into business for himself.

Moo Kirby is a beautiful young woman, but she’s heading for trouble. She needs to correct her habit of being “slope-shouldered” or she’ll regret it in her older years as her shoulders will have “settled” into that rounded position. She’s a brilliant attorney who knows her stuff…..I hope she corrects it in time. Mama always told me to “shoulders up, shoulders straight. shoulders down.”

I'm sorry, but as somebody who has been through an abusive relationship, if you're going to get your things, the last thing on your mind would be to take a fucking nap. You go in there and grab like your ass is on fire. Basically, you have some amount of adrenaline going, and even if "you know they won't be back for a while", that only makes you jump at every car you hear outside.

Maybe I grew up in a different time but my Mom scared her children, we had to be home at a certain time(before dark) and if she had to look for us it wasn't going to be good. She had a whistle that we had to come running when she called. The whole neighborhood knew that whistle. Fighting my Mom was NOT an option.

I love how people seem to think that their tax payer funded court appointed defence attorney is only working for them, or, that they have ANY say in how that attorney plans to litigate the case. You have specific rights during your court hearings, that isn’t one of them. You want your attorney to solely focus on your case? Pay for it. (And even then, you’re not their only client). Or, better yet, don’t do whatever you did to put yourself in court. (I understand that there are exceptions but this doesn’t seem to be one of them).

I don't believe you go into a violent ex's house to get your belongings while he's gone, then lay down for a nap.
    You would leave.

He was so comatose that he was "DEAD DRUNK". This term was coined describing that a person was as close to death due to alcohol consumption as possible without actually being dead! Insane!

Going back and fourth without his passport ? As per the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI), Canadian citizens aged 16 years and older must present one of the following documents when entering the United States by land or water: a valid passport. a Trusted Traveler Program card.

So the "victim" goes to retrieve her belongings and decides to take a nap? If the place / person was so hostile, it seems to me that the LAST thing you would do is stay longer and put yourself at risk by napping. Sounds VERY suspicious to me; unfortunately, this is another she said x so the male gets the shaft until proven innocent. It will be a good day when the court system foregoes their extreme female preference and holds those who perjure themselves with false accusations accountable. I do not know the facts of the case and it IS possible it happened the way claimed... just seems odd that you would nap in a hostile environment.

Maybe he should think about that before he commits the crimes, then he wouldn’t need a PD.
