    Definitely lots of cardio with the longer sequences! It was nice to have 5 mins of stretch at the end.

    Wow! Well worth the time invested to care for yourself. I'm 51 & new to barre so this is a fun way to change up the cardio. I expect to be feeling EVERYTHING tomorrow! 🤣 Thanks so much!!!

    This was a good, quick workout! Pro tip: I usually never feel sore glutes after bridge lifts until I started adding two 3-5 lb weights resting on my hips while I did them, huge game changer!

    This looks a lot more like the type of barre workouts I have been looking for. A lot of slow, controlled movement.
    Just one problem…. Why does every studio blast music like this and then yell over it?? It isn’t so bad in a video ig but it ruins the studio experience. Like, let’s bring the volume down to a reasonable level at least please lol.

    It’s funny because your advertisements claim that you can lose weight and get skinny again I signed up for your program. I’ve even tried it out for up to a year and I barely saw any results. Your company is a joke at this point you might as well advertise that you’re just offering stretching classes to stretch the muscles instead of actually work them out and burn fat so technically your falsely advertising because you do not work as a weight loss system

      Barre is primarily useful for improving your core strength and endurance. If you want to lose weight, you will have to reduce the number of calories you eat.

      @@ktw70 exactly my point, but they advertise that you can lose weight by doing their programs

    • @grayscales1864
      @grayscales1864 Рік тому

      Any exercise will help you lose weight, and barre3 gets your heart rate into the fat burning zone which is a huge help for losing weight! And like everything, there’s no ONE THING that will magically make you skinny, the results ALWAYS depend on YOU the individual, how much effort you put in, what kind of lifestyle you live, the kinds of foods you eat, if you drink alcohol, your support systems, your stress levels, and your genetics and health conditions. People want a magical quick fix and think in black and white. Nothing is magical or black and white and that’s on you if you believe that. As one common example: If someone burns 450 calories in their workout and then consistently eats an extra 650 calories in beers and sugary or fatty foods, they won’t see the weight loss results that they want from all their hard work. They’ll still get stronger but they won’t lose body fat. That’s just one common example. Not saying that’s what your situation is.

      @@grayscales1864 very thoughtful explanation. People don’t get it….abs are made in the kitchen. You can’t exercise and then eat down the house. Geez.🤯
