Britany is the best fitness instructor I've come across on online videos. She is exceptionally clear in her instructions, and I love that she also gives a side view to help us figure out whether we're doing the exercise correctly. The pace was great, and I did sweat and feel the burn the next day! THANK YOU. I appreciate that she mentioned her arthritis. This is a great low impact workout for people with joint issues.
I really enjoyed how low impact this exercise is; the tips on correct postures (front and side views), the useful reminders on how my core should be tucked in, the modified versions for injured people (like me) also fit in so aptly. I’ve never left a comment (yet) for any fitness videos I’ve done thus far. But I’ve also never felt this good with a virtual fitness instructor too! Amazing video and thank you, Britany!
Awww! After quitting the sweat app due to cost after two years, I just realize how much I miss Britanny and her positivity during class! She is even better in a whole, uncut video with direct voice and not voice-over. And I prefer those low impact but still effective workouts over all the burpees and show-off moves of the other instructors in the sweat app. Britanny is simply the best!

I've started taking more Barre classes online and this class looks easy but it's challenging. Get's you there just as you are ready to quit then moves on to the next position. Perfect flow. On top of that I love Britany's energy...she pushes you just enough but in a positive direction. Love it.
I developed plantar fasciatis and can no longer do many HIIT workouts, so this workout is perfect when I couple it with a long walk, thank you! Also I love Britany's energy :)

I miss being in ballet/dance in high school. This was such a painful but enjoyable workout and I will forever do barre workouts now because it brings me back to great memories and HEALTH. I've been doing a more gentle barre routine for a few months now due to back issues. Decided to step it up with this workout. Tough but good. Like that it gets my heart rate up. Gotta get rid of that Covid 19 (lbs). 😂 I added some hip & thigh stretches to end.

I loved this video! I canceled my Sweat app after 2 weeks because trainers were nearly robotic and transitions between exercises were awkward at best. But Britany's videos are the BEST. Thanks

This was one of my all time favorite workout classes. The workout itself was challenging to the whole body including cardio, while easy on the joints- the perfect workout to create lean, long muscles. Britany, you are awesome! Your instructions are simple, easy-to follow, and your motivation is REAL- genuine and it really motivates me. I loved this and look forward to more. Thank you!
That’s such a great well balanced full body workout. I really enjoyed it. My legs were shaking, my abs got challenged and my arms are going to be sore tomorrow. I used 6 pound weights for the arm exercises.

I have wrist injuries and it's hard to find solid full body workouts that don't rely on tons of planks. Thanks for such a great low impact workout! Legs are still shaking.
I do a lot of barre and this is challenging! Especially the leg section whooooo feeling it! She was a great teacher, but yes the ads are annoying! I just hold the poses longer :)

Popsugar, you can put ads in the begining and at the end of the videos, but during the workout is terrible! Interrupts the flow

Due to your plantar fasciitis I suggest you wear shoes since most barre classes are done w no shoes
