What's the the best turbo for the comp 2015? Who does mapping to match turbo and what bhp could you say sensibly achieve.

There is not a perfect turbo for all applications. It depends on driving style and usage.

Are these a good upgrade for the MultiAir? Looking for bolt ons for my 124

Yes fits on 1.4 T jet i have them on right now with a slightly tighter sparkplug gap. But no real big differences for me. If you have misfire problems this wil make a difference if you don't have misfire problems it's a waste of money.
