    The Russian twists with a 15 lb medicine ball are my go-to core exercise. Mix in some decline sit-ups and the ab roller and I'm seriously wore out at the end of a few sets.

    Great video, not sure your V up is correct, these are usually done with straight legs and coming up higher with your upper body creating a V shape. But however they are done, love your videos
