    Meal prep and knowing what to eat and time to prep is the toughest for me. I lift light, I may not be getting gains like I'd like but I feel good and don't hurt. My weight is down to my high school weight. B.P. and sugar levels are great.

    #1 reason I’m on and off is because of injuries being older which you didn’t even touch on.

      Injuries are a total different topic. As he said he could go on for easily an hour and a half. Sorry you are injured. I have in the past myself, but you have to work around it and work out smart and don’t do anything that is going to exacerbate the injury. It is as simple as that. Keep the faith and never give up due to a setback.
