- Have you ever dreamed of getting yourself a wireless motorized 3-axis slider with programable movements? No? In that case, check out this video and you may change your mind. Let me introduce you to the iFootage motion S1A3.
This is the iFootage shark slider: www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produc...
This is the iFootage S1A1 for the shark slider: www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produc...
And this is the whole setup, iFootage S1A3: www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produc...
The technology proves itself over and over again: We have come so far and now us wannabe amazing Hollywood directors also have the chance to make those good looking shots for a decent amount of money.
The whole system is called iFootage Motion S1A3 and makes you able to move the camera wirelessly on a slider while tilting and paning. The remote controller has a lot of features like programable movements to create multi layer shots, time-lapses, panorama shots and stop motion.
it’s made out of three different equipment/rigs that you can by separately, so if you don’t afford the whole system, you can start of with just the slider called Shark Slider s1. It works great as a manual slider, actually the best I have ever tested. Later you can by the S1A1, which is a add on to the slider for wireless motion control, and then it's the Motion X2 which makes you able to tilt and pan in every direction while sliding wirelessly. I will go through all of those setups in this video, how it works and why it’s perfect for creating stunning time-lapses.

Thank you for making your videos not only high quality & highly informative, but entertaining as well! You've got great talent & great ways to putting your videos together.
You have become one of the best things I found on UA-cam! Thank you.
So proud to see you guys getting upgraded with new gear! Don't forget the indie filmmaker's spirit! Keep on!
the scene with tor-andre was so funny yet melancholy. his expression was sublime. really, it was beautifully shot. hope he's ok, though :) you norwegians seem so peaceful and gracious, especially compared to us passionate greeks. you're very skilled, anders!
You are amazing, I discover your chanel yesterday and I'm watching all videos. Lot of quality, great content and you're charismatic!
Brilliant. I watched for information and yet I found your video so entertaining. You're research is a great encouragement to me. Greetings from Australia.
Andy, I love watching your videos. Perfect match of creativity and fun. This video, I loved the way you explained nuances of this slider without overwhelming audience of the complexity of features it has. Hats off to you. Keep up the good work my friend. :-)
Your cinematography is awesome Adnyax!
I like your cat. I love the shot when your cat stops the tape from moving.
Great Video! I hardly bother subscribing to any channels but had to do it for yours. Keep up the great work!
this demonstration is awesome, the video itself is a masterpiece, you a genius, love your videos
3:45 Basically the credits of every school project video you did on your own XD
+Diego Hoondert Haha, so true! :D
The Norway timelapse is so great!
Good video btx, this product looks really cool
I found your channel an hour ago and it's my favourite channel on yr already
I have the S1 slider too and absolutely love it. One of the best sliders I have ever used. I don't have the motorized unit but I probably will look for local rental places to see if they have it.
+Pollux Chung Jepp agree, and the Shark Slider S1 is $599 and great for video :)
I finally got it, because i saw this video and it's awesome :) ... I started using it for product reviews in our studio, but planing to take it out as well...
Great professional demonstration and advertisement, made with tasty dose of humor and love, radiating from every frame. After all love is the most important, sex doesn't really matter ...
always loving your work! keep it up
Loved the video! Nice review, and beautiful composition
This looks glorious, especially combined with the wireless follow focus the shots you are getting are amazing. The timelapses impress me the most. I love making timelapses but the lack of camera motion in mine always makes them a bit dull. Maybe in a few years I can get something like this setup myself ^^
Wow great gear and great review from you, as usual!
love your videos! this slider is incredible im going to slowly add it piece by piece to my set up
yu guys always make great videos ... I wonder how much better they will be now
This rig is sooo incredibly cool!!! It is filming goals :O :D
Great video - again! I haven't gotten into video work yet at all but made a few timelapses and want to make more as soon as I've got a PC that can handle rendering 4k video... And man this system looks so sweet! Gotta win the lottery some day soon
You need to have your own TV Channel already. Awesome video brotha!
love your videos so much XD you're great!
Your cat is so adorable
wonderful video, as always!
I love this video and your channel - just discovered it today and it's really quirky with great humour! You're also a really skilled filmmaker and cinematographer, which helps immensely haha. If you ever need music for your videos give me a shout :)
Hello mate, great video. The scenery almost makes me want to move to Norway. (almost, as your weather doesn't seem to be far better than what we're getting in the UK). Keep up the good work (even if for quasi-sponsored stuff like in this case)
Sweet kit! Thx for this detailed review Andy. Not that expensive for high end quality 3 axis slider considering all you get, and everything it can do!
love your work Andyax
Amazing!!! I love your videos!

Rig is great. Thanks for sharing the info!
So it's like a robocam...like it is used in TV-shows...A great system, thanks for sharing!

Yes, you make superb videos, with a 'dry' sense of humour thrown in!
Love this video!
You, Sir, are awesome!
That's a very nice system there!
Awesome video!
Thanks for the great gear reviews on less expensive gear for us low-budget filmmakers! Your videos have great class and style, while retaining the key info.
I would be interested to hear your comparison between this setup and the RevolveCamera setup, which is a little less costly.
Great video!
Haha du har steppa opp gamet ditt når det gjelder humor ser jeg. Morsom, informativ og underholdene video! Du er en stor inspirasjonskilde! :)
BEAUTIFUL
nice review, thanks.
Your videos are a quality :)
U r truly inspiring ....
Yes, you upload a video on my birthday!!😏
Like for "friends" shot) I own this slider, it is very well built and really solid and smooth. Looking forward to buy that motion control system in future
great man!
Nice. Specially about getting new friends.
Thank for great video. For this price shark slider s1 is very worth.
I would still have to sell my house
+Kobi I'd have to sell my cardboard box.
Before that google "what organs I dont need and can sell"
LOL
That makes the two of us bro. XD
Same here
I just came. Seriously man, your vids about moviemaking and gear are bar none the best on UA-cam. Kudos from a fellow Norwegian (who's just started moviemaking himself).
Lovely cat!
too good!
Nice video
thanx friend thise video in most useful ...
Hey Andy thanks for reviewing these stuff. I own a ifootage shark slider and the motion controller. I absolutely love the stuffs. The best slider i've ever tested so far.
Btw, i have a question. When you open the shark slider bag and mount it to the tripod i noticed the shark slider have a different head. Its like a quick release on a glidecam. Is this the new version of shark slider?
I hope you have the time to answer my question. Keep up the good work!
This is the iFootage shark slider: www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1255826-REG/ifootage_s1s_shark_slider_s1.html/BI/20363/KBID/15164/kw/IFS1S/DFF/d10-v2-t1-xIFS1S

And this is the whole setup, iFootage S1A3: www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1311922-REG/ifootage_motion_s1a3_bundl_b1_shark.html/BI/20363/KBID/15164/kw/IFS1A3B1SSK/DFF/d10-v2-t1-xIFS1A3B1SSK
great, thanks
Great price compared to others and it looks really good but it's still a bit pricey for me, I'll probably be on the lookout for when it goes on sale or buy it pieces(which is a really nice option) or something. Really cool, this company wasn't even on my radar before, thanks.
I love guys that sing and play 🎸🎼
Nice!
What he doesn't mention in this very EXCELLENT video is that the standard S1 SLIDER is 31" long end-to-end and has ONLY a 25" SLIDING length (TOO SHORT!). BUT additional rails are included with the iFootage Carbon Fiber Shark Slider S1 BUNDLE, so the sliding length is increased to 47". Also, prices are MUCH higher now. The iFootage Motion Control S1A3 Bundle B1 DOES NOT INCLUDE THE SLIDER AND IS NOW $2,559. The iFootage Motion Control S1A3 [SLIDER] Bundle B1 is $633 (at B&H PHOTO).
I liked the added comedy parts! Awesome!
this is most expensive equipment for cat video :)
Hey thanks for the video 👍 what tripod you use or which you would recommend?
Have a nice day 😊
Great Video. Is that Oslo on the Panorama? Norway is so beautiful, never been anywhere else that was better.
Can the slider with the Panning unit only be used level or is there a possibility to use it diagonal or upright to get the camera moving vertical?
What would happen if you put this machine.. on a bigger dolly or slider...THERE ARE SO MANY OPTIONS!:D and already 7k subs past the 100k, Good job Anders! You deserve it:)
Hey there! I was wondering, which speedbooster do you use in your GH4 speedbooster Sigma lens setup, and can you recommend any good speedboosters, the cheaper the better ofcurse :)
Btw i've been following your channel for a couple of years now, love your videos, keep up the good work! : )
This guy is coo thx
nice!
These are fantastic videos. Do you think it could be used for stop-motion animation? Could you put a set of moves in MotionX2, and then control it going from one step to another, in your own time (rather than a predetermined speed)? Eg, click move, click move, with however much time you need in between to change puppets movements...
Andy, please help!
I would like to purchase a good lens for my Lumix (same as yours). I'm trying to create the classical "wedding photo" shot (close up with shallow depth of field).
What's your best recommendations for the 4/3 camera? Is there a good lens/adapter combo I don't know about?
Also, I love your work! I smile when I see you've uploaded new material. It's beautiful, creative, and comical. Please keep posting your work forever!
Hey Andy, great work you're doing. Will the unit operate vertically? Up and down instead of just left to right? EG; Stand the shark slider vertically to program peds and booms. Did you test at angles? The slider moving at a 45 degree angle up and or down? Thanks!
Hi Andyax, excellent and creative review as always. I'd like to ask you if this system has a loop function? I film myself while playing music and want an automated system that I program to function automatically during the filming of a song. I just want it to repeat the same movement continuously.
+Iacovos Argyrides Thanks :) Yes it can loop, which is genius.
Excellent! Cheers!
ya same here
Thanks
Great vid as always Andyax. How did you change focus at 8:47 ?
Looking around online it seems that the $2689 just covers the S1A1 and Motion X2 bundled together, the slider is not included. Am I just looking in the wrong place?
Genial los accesorios. Los quiero para mi cámara
Your ifootagegear link is dead. Can you fix it?
+JerryRigEverything Thanks for letting me know. I fixed it now :)
thanks man

Hey, andyax. I wanted to know what do you think about the Sony a3000 to get introduced into filmmaking and photography
Nice video. It would be great if it had some kind of timecode feature that would allow it to sync to music for music videos.
Very cool, can you add more than one set of extensions to the slider and make it 3 or 4 times as long?? Also, does it work on an incline?
Yes please.
Looks great. If they could knock off a third of the size and weight, I'd be very tempted.
Hello Andy. I was wondering what tripod it is that you used to support the time lapse slider, as it does not look like the conventional video tripod.
