Having been in this business for over 30 years and dealing with graphic artists and cartoonists of all levels, who says his work or his style is great? Everyone has to love his style absolutely. This is how most artists propose - gun runner approach. It is only scalable if his work is the level that of a Master Artist. The Dragons weren’t rude, they were practical. He’s living in a bubble and doesn’t know the limits of the appeal of his work. I personally know three artist/cartoonists who are miles better. Peter was absolutely sincere and polite in his rejection of the business. They were all spot on.

Complaining that a caricature doesn't look like you is a moot point. They're literally caricatures, they're only meant to resemble you not look exactly like you.
They're supposed to exaggerate a look that's already there, not make smaller a nose or look wildly different like Peter's.
I can't remember if London has changed more than I can remember since this aired, but you certainly can't find a line of freewilling ready carcaturist ready to give you a live portrait down bloody Bayswater road.
I've just checked him out in Downtown Abbey. Brilliant!

Peter: “Well, Duncan looks like…”
Kelly: “Dracula”
I lost it 🤣

Piers had his caricature redone and we were given the Pepe meme
I prefer these 10-15 minute clips to watching the full show, as there's no "COMING UP on tonight's show" and "Remember what we already saw 10 minutes ago" segments.
This guy tried to do a caricature of Jenny but had to bin it because he kept colouring out of the lines.
Jenny is not in this episode
@@oliprj8676 yeah, we know. she's out
He drew Jenny's caricature but then it left and went out.

He's too smart for the dragon to devour based on the way he talks XD
If he's passionate and thinks aloud what's the problem? He's an artist. So his personality is part of what makes good product good.
Loved him in Downton Abbey as the AH son.
Incorporated in March 2014 and never submitted accounts for two years. Two years later the company received a compulsory strike off notice which was executed in May 2016.
Thank you chief. As others have said, a few quid for a sketch in the street...And this fellow's staff produced one pic a day at a cost of £140 each - almost enough to cover their wages, nothing left over for costs, rent, profit...A very strange business concept...
Ok ok you don't like it, we get it, no need to chop his head off.
@@thedunyadoneya2628 Easy there sport...I admire anyone with the bollocks to start a business, I wuz just pointing out that there's no profit margin. He looks like a very intelligent chap, he will definitely succeed in one of his endeavours, it's just a matter of time. Now I'm off to drink whiskey and fart. Cheerio!
@@End_Domestic_Violence the comment was to the OP, and a sarky reply to him using "execute". Nvm, we can't all be blessed with my quick wit.
They were being SO mean to him! I respect him for not showing even the slightest bit of irritation towards them. Also, I do think there is a market for this product - however it wouldn't be the average middle class person but rich people. Rich people will pay for anything that even slightly amuses them - this would make a great gift for someone. I support you Charlie Anderson.
Well I think it’s a damn good business, and to be honest they are hardly experts, the dude who says the 5% he is worried about, does he have a 100% customer satisfaction rate? Of course not...
English dragons are so reserved. On the U.S. show everyone has super energy.
I hate the ads that come on before the clip, I sing when they play so I can't hear them 😡
This guy is good looking and charismatic.
Long face and long nose
