Thanks again for the health truths, Doc. I'm english speaking Latino-American and this is the words I'm understanding : flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, paneer, types of biriyani, different types of dal, I think i heard something like maybe some cheeses
1)Dry fruits saoked overnight like 4 almonds / 2 almonds +2 walnuts/ 4 cashews nuts/or 25 peanuts all soaked overnight and eat in morning.
2)Seeds like roasted Pumpkin seeds / roasted Flax seeds/roasted Sesame seeds.1 to 2 tsp.. throughout the day whenever You feel You can have a spoonful of eoasted seeds
3)All Lentils and pulses except for Rajma / red kidney beans and Chola these two are not for people having kidney problems
4)Tofu / Paneer

Seeds: pumpkin, flaxseed, sesame

why nuts have to be soaked? i eat moong palli handful..everyday morning...but dont soak..i hope there is no problem
Most seeds and nuts have a high amount of phytic acid. Soaking them breaks it down and improves their usage
@@silvercloud5087 i eat just three almonds a day with 10 ground nuts..so i dont think it is much..i dont worry about phytic acid as i chew the nuts to such an extent that they are in paste form when they go down my throat
