It's the untrimmed chicken with the fat just hanging off. Gross. Those came right out the slimy store packaging and into the pot. This is why you don't eat from just anybody.

I think this would be amazing over Spanish rice with quac, cheese and sour cream on top. Oh and cilantro! Like a southwest bowl!

Yeah wash your chicken and spread Salmonella all over your sink and kitchen counters. Washing chicken is a myth.
Make the salsa yourself would be better
