    As We know that Hip joint movement is involved in our daily activities as when we walk, stand or those who are sports person or athletes play sports or train themselves in which running ,jumping and sudden turn and twist movements are very frequent so our hip is more susceptible to any injury so when our inner thigh mucle which are also known as Groin region muscle get strained or injured, it causing pain in the inner thigh (Groin Region muscle) and our normal activities like sitting, standing , walking and running is affected.
    So If you are suffering from Groin Pain due to muscle strain, today In this video I’m going to some badic treatment and easy and effective Exercises:-
    Whenever our Groin muscle is strained so we should do icing over the groin for 3-4 times/day for 10-15mins which will heal the condition as well relieve the pain
    Second we should protect the injured part for better healing
    And once the pain is less we should start the exercises which includes some stretching exercises and strengthening exercises for better recovery for the permanent solution
