    How do you stop the reformer from sliding on the floor?

      Hi if your reformer is from BASI Systems you can add sticky pads to the bottom of them. The reformer could also be moving based on how the exercise is being performed.

      @@basipilates They are basi - have you ever had people mention that the yellow spring falls out while using jump boards? Can you reccomend sticky pads please?

    cool so the jump board was the apparatus that goes in the holes below the foot bar.
