    I am rehabbing post cervical fusion and chest muscle repair surgery. This workout (with minor arm modifications - no reaching / extensions yet 🤷🏼‍♀️) is the first that I could complete start to finish with the feeling that I was challenged enough to be accomplishing something physically for the first time (post major injury) in over 28 months. THANK YOU!

    Absolutely LOVE this work out and all your other ones I have watched! You are precise, effective and to the point!! I have subscribed to your channel and will be trying all your reformer workouts!!! And by the way...as an Animal Control Officer, Shelter Manager and Pet Sitter, I LOVE that you include your pups in all videos!!! They are beautiful! Thanks again!!

    Love your classes John! I come from more of a fitness background and traditional Pilates routines don’t make a lot of sense to me. I signed up for John Gary TV I love it!

      Thank you - it would depend on the manufacturer and most of them have videos on their sites showing how to use them.

    I so love trying to copy you with your workouts even though half the time I'm probably not as brilliant doing them as you are. I'm brand new to pilates so only been doing it a month but love it so thank you from the UK

    Great, thank you for posting. Your channel is great. I found it so hard to do the kneeling tuck as the carriage returned so quickly... maybe I need longer legs!

      Try reducing the springs. You'll have more time. It's a tough move though! :)

    Love love love it!! I'm so glad I found your chanel! Thank you so much for all your videos. Your voice is great and it makes me feel more relaxed and focused during exercises. I suffer from an awful RA and sometimes it's a bit harsh on my knees but after workout I feel much better! :) Only moving helps my body to start the day. Do you have any program for people who terribly suffer from joints pain by any chance? Just curious... Thanks again for your super positive energy! I'm staying here :))

      I do not have any programs for specific injuries or conditions. I'm so sorry, but I find that very difficult to do on-line. Please continue to modify how you need to and skip any exercises that are uncomfortable for you. And please stay well and safe. :)

    I have a areo pilates machine. It has 2 black, 2 red, and 1 yellow cords. When I use just the 1 red cord like you do, I go out but the carriage doesn't return! Is it ok to add a black or the 1 yellow cord? I think your cords are stronger! :)

      Hi - I wouldn't try to substitute anything. Wait until you get the proper equipment.
