Great mods! The rub strip on the side of the deck is brilliant. I'm not too sure about the value of the rub strip on the bottom of the deck, though: It is reducing your ground clearance and if you do bottom out it is going to STICK rather than slide over the obstacle, which will probably lead to the rider falling off and possibly being hurt.

Nice Xootr system dude! Customized just for your needs. You might want to re-enforce the handles with some black duct/electrical/athletic tape to make sure the foam doesn't start peeling off and to impove your grip. Some elastic string can also help you if you tie it to the folding pin and to the base of the board. Just some extra options--I really liked the mounted lights.
nice.. I like alot the Roma because very compact but I am afraid the platform is going to be much less comfortable than the MG... could you prove me wrong and say me is not such a big difference and the Roma can be safe too?

The Roma will be safer just because of the weight limit...300 pounds max vs 250 max on the Mg. The deck on the roma will be nice.
the roma needs a more easy smaller step with less going to the side of the leg.
i fitted a speedometer to my Xootr., i also have sat nav.
