I had that bs happen to me twice with my all cobain character. I'm not sure if it works this way, but try to avoid any cops that dislike you, and do my strategy where you spam sleep in the hospital since you can easily cheese the game there

Yes, that is the infamous line, he basically says that you need to stay for some bs reason to help the country out, if you're having trouble with the officers saying that to you, then make sure to avoid them, it may have to do with your relationship with them (I'm not 100% sure but for me it happened twice with the same person and my character and him didn't like eachohter), so try to get the dialog to happen with an officer that's either neutral with you or likes you
Goodluck with your run, and by the way you should try your best to stay out of trouble and fights with people, and also, you can ask guards for favors and they might reduces your sentence if you complete them, just be careful though because sometimes they give you unrealistic or unfair quests such as having to do something outside the prison or doing something thats illegal in the game
@Chukwu_TC yeah, its just a bit awkward, you hold taunt and try to aim it towards the basket, and you just gotta keep trying and redoing your angles, and also the longer you hold taunt, the farther it goes I believe
