He will allways be The Reverand Jim Ignatowski to me. His getting his licsense in Taxi made me laugh so hard I had stomach pains and was in tears. I never laughed so hard. The Rev Jim was my favorite character since Ed Notron. I do know if I watch Mr Lloyd in anything its going to be good.
He is one of my most favorite actors of all time. I love him in nearly every show and movie that I have seen. I had a change to meet him three times and all three times money was way too tight and missed out. BUT I have a friend who did meet him and got an autograph for me. I am hoping I can see him someday soon. Back to the Future is sooooo great. It was one of the best films that I ever seen and Doc Brown well Lloyd was perfect for him. I did get to meet and photo with Lea Thompson, and I nearly melted. Yeah, people even us ministers have a human side.
speaking of 'cuckoo's nest it would have been interesting to have seen the Doc Brown of 1985A when he's in the mental asylum aster Biff's takeover of Hill Valley......along with Jack Nicholson no doubt in the "cuckoo's nest" :).
He also starred in The Page Master, he played the librarian and voiced the titular character. He's always been one of my favourite actors. And yes, Doc Brown was clearly the inspiration behind Rick Sanchez, don't think i didn't notice those clips (Hell, R&M did a direct reference of BTTF once) :P
One of my favorite actors, he is right there with Robin Williams, Jonathan Winters and Jimmy Stewart as my favs of all time. There are others but when I think of my favs the top four are those three with Christopher Lloyd that are the ones that are the first to come to mind.
Good detail, but there's a little inconsistency. Production for Part II and III began right after the box office returns for Roger Rabbit, which would put the timeline about late August and early September if Roger Rabbit came out the previous June. The theatrical release date for Part II happened on November 22nd, 1989, leaving roughly six months between the two films, (May 24th of 1990). Glad to see you dive into Chris's roots a bit more. Got my picture with the guy, finally during our last Seattle Comic-Con.
jigowatt actually. But it's supposed to be Gigawatt but it's funny because of the "what the hell is a Jigowatt??" line from Marty. I thought it was a goof by the writers but they kept it and the joke simply worked.
Problems with his rocket compel space-traveling vigilante Shep Ramsey (Hulk Hogan) to spend some time on Earth. Plunking himself down in the middle of suburbia, he rents a room from Charlie (Christopher Lloyd) and Jenny Wilcox (Shelley Duvall). Shep attempts to acclimate himself -- he skateboards, he accosts a mail carrier -- but he's destined to be a fish out of water. But when his outer space enemies arrive and pick a fight with his new friends, Shep is ready to prove his mettle.
is this a "history of" or a "reveal"? Im at 3:40 and I aint watching a 30 minute this is his life video only to get to the last 3 minutes where he says, "Truth is I like working on back to the future." It seems "The Unseen" turns out to be something Everybodies seen. Get some content dudes...
I like that he didn't pay his first wife alimony. I wonder if she ever won that lawsuit. He probably ended up having to pay some lump sum. This doesn't reveal anything new about Back to the Future though. This is just a bio.
Eric Stoltz would have ruined my favorite movie. Thank you Thank you Thank you for getting rid of him. Still freaked out about Marty's new/old girlfriend in Back to the Future II she looked like she could be his mother.
I knew I’ve seen it that personality before, Doc Brown was an older version of the Jim Ignatowski. I’ve thought he was an intelligent character like Albert Einstein. I never once thought he was idiotic, just eccentric just like Doc Brown was.
Did he not co-create the sitcom Modern Family with Steven Levitan and executive produce the show. His wife is the inspiration for Sofia Vergara's character and Ed O'Neill plays Lloyd?
Love Christopher Lloyd, but this video drags on repeating things way to many times and shows video and images they pulled out of thin air that have nothing to do with him.
You skipped a few great performances in movies and tv shows like the tremors series episode he was in instead of repeating the same content over and over but it’s your choice and your channel so good luck with that.
Didn't see Christopher Lloyd reveal one single thing here.
false advertising as usual
Thanks for letting us know. I’m just a couple of minutes in and leaving now.
@@uncletoby- Me too. I paused it when I realized it was 30 minutes
I Agree
True enough, but still a nice bio on Lloyd for those interested

Christopher Lloyd had a supporting role in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest in 1976. He jumps for joy when Chief escapes from the hospital.
He was so good as a Klingon, that I didn’t even recognize him.
me neither
@@aminah4239 You Klingon Bastard you Killed my Son.
The best trilogy ever made
It one his best film & one of the film he mostly knows for!.

Only once? The show is chocked full of references to BTTF!

Always thought Llyod would make a great Mr Freeze, thanks for the memories, be blessed saved all in Jesus shalom
And what about his role in the movie Angel in the Oldfield

Because of Doc Brown, I will forever mispronounce gigawatts!!
"1.21 jigawatts"
He's probably the reason some people mispronounce gif.

He is a great actor
Funny how divorce always benefits women and destroys men's lives.
He was a good doc brown
0:40 if my calculations are correct! I didn't exist as there are only 6 of my family present! Great Scott!

We really did not need the lenthy recap of his films.

Nice BIO, BUT he didnt reveal Squat! So kinda click baitish a Bit.
I have to agree, it was probably pretty hard to make a DeLorean go 88 M.P.H.

Christopher Lloyd at 86.. reminds me when looking at him somewhat of Abe Vigoda
I'm surprised that he didn't mention the new upcoming movie, back to the future 4

I celebrate Back to the future day October 26th at 1:21 am!

He is revealing how the flux capacitor is made.
Dr. Emmett Lathrop Brown on Back to the Future.
Damn!..."Sleepy" Bill Burns, strictly bench material!...Damn near steals a movie with Sheen, Cusack and Strathairn

23:45 well now we know why he is almost in his 90s and still acting .
You forget the movie Angeles In the Outfield
waste of 30 mins
Some people are just buzzkillers!
You skipped a few great performances in movies and tv shows like the tremors series episode he was in instead of repeating the same content over and over but it’s your choice and your channel so good luck with that.
Even terminator too is about time travel
The set for back to the future 3 has now burned down
