I can deploy upgraded full emissions intact calibrations that will save $20k-$30k per truck per year, for the ISX15 (2013-16) and X15 (2017-22) platforms. I've had over 1 mil miles testing... They increase 400+ lbs ft of torque, improve drivability and driver efficiency and productivity (40+ min per day). You can pull Eisenhower, with 80k lbs, at 40 mph with CC on.
I have a 2021 KW T680 first generation. Other than the dashboard it pretty much looks the same. I've got 232,800 miles on mine. Purrs like a kitten! Enjoy!
Truck manufacturers could learn a lot from vanlife and RV/trailer interiors, they make great use of space in all kinds of small spaces. I’m not impressed by about 95% of the factory installed interiors on the market, most of the layouts make no sense, it’s like the first person that ever made a bunk just became the industry standard that everyone copies and they’re not sure why. It’s usually super cheap plastic drawers and cabinets, it’s almost like you could buy it empty and just make a better version of what they make. There’s plenty of space in these to do some cool stuff, it’s not expensive it sucks they don’t just make them cool from factory, I like a factory look because of colors and materials flow better than if you did it yourself but they just leave a lot to be desired. There’s some cool Volvo’s, this Kenworth isn’t bad I like the swiveling seat to the table, that’s a vanlife thing that I’ve always wondered why it hasn’t been put in these trucks, so that’s an interesting development in the industry. Next would be a lagoon table which they partially did, but you can have those move a lot further and stretch in every direction of the truck. The storage in these are generally just really stupid and impractical, and the materials are generally just very cheap automotive plastics inside and out and components. I’m fine with hard plastic on the outside but give me a better inside and quality hinges/latches/handles. Sorry for my rant, cool truck you got here I like the Kenworth.
Excellent tour! We're heading from a Volvo to a Kenworth in the next few months. Curious about the space between the front seats. How wide is that space? We keep a Power Chiller in that spot in the Volve, but we're prepared to move it to the passenger seat of the KW if the zone is too narrow.
me and hubby are lil bigger ppl, we had to remove arm rests in the passage to the sleeper. Kenworth strip interior by few inches and capboards too. I hate this truck due to those changes and mostly for the line departure system - very dangerous!! once I fall from bed cuz someone cut off our truck in front and brakes came off hard during driving on crouse. Previous model was excellent it was hard to sale it.
I feel your pain... Definitely not as big on the inside as my previous Volvo VNL860 and yes the computer brake checks me on a regular basis. Stay safe out there! 💪🚛💨💨💨
@@TheLoneWolfTrucker that’s a pricy truck no doubt. But very nice. How much are you predicting that prices will fall in the coming year? Car prices are already dropping. Homes as well along with rent throughout the states

Congrats! I hope your APU is working okey. However, the diesel APUs are too noisy! Dude had parked his Freightliner on the side of an isolated road next to a walking trail. His APU was loud as hell and could be heard over a quarter mile away. Too noisy to park anywhere near a neighborhood with that thing running.
The fact that is manual makes it even better

how come your truck dont have digital side mirror screen?

i luv 13spds but do they also offer 18spd??

Good review man I like your style thinking about a 680
Not a bad truck overall... I still miss the extra space I previously had in the Volvo
@@TheLoneWolfTrucker I know I had a Volvo loved it
What did you use to attach your gps tablet instead of putting it on the window?
My GPS is attached to the window. My tablet is mounted in the cup holder

Hey buddy.
Whats the brand model on that microwave.
Galanz microwave GSWWD09S1A09A
What’s the process of getting on with TSH? We’re you able to choose your truck? And how long is the leasing terms?
Process is to apply and get on their waiting list. Choice of new/used trucks depends on inventory. Lease terms depends on the trucks available.
Where the microwave and TV outlets are located?
I installed my own outlets coming from the inverter mounted behind the driver's seat
I looked at the review as if I had listened to instructions
In K220, 2 button missing on left side steering.

i agree about the manuals, i prefer automatics
You should switch to spring water instead or purified water
Is there really a difference?
When was the last time you drove a manual?
2020 when I was at TMC
I'm guessing you took a test on a 10 speed, then you got put un a auto. Where you nervous about the drive test for TSH?
Test drive with a manual was not an issue with TSH compared to TMC.
Did u have trouble getting used to manual especially a 13 speed? TMC had 8 speeds as I remember. Did about a month with them in 2020.
