As a support main who gets frustrated when people overextend and blame the healers for not healing, I ended up not playing support for a while because I got sick of it. For one LW I literally had to go to vc and BEG him to stop pulling me. He got pissed and quit. Thankfully it was a silver game and it was actually easier to win without him on the team
@@philistine3260 yea but thats very different, you were in high masters as you said, of course you will be able to beat some silvers and have good ability usage, the lifeweaver there isnt in the wrong if you didnt tell them you were in masters before because most silvers when they go for these plays are not at all set up and will get themselves killed, as a lifeweaver in low elo your main goal is to prevent overextending because the chances of coming across someone who can pop off with solo plays and know when to back out is extremely low and most of the time the people that try end up loosing the game

I believe that the way he played he reaches gold, maybe plat mainly because of the positioning, it's not perfect, but I think it's above silver honestly for silver she/he is really good An example is that with tracer, she(tracer) was on the back line, she(ana) get closer to her team, when felt threatened she(ana) retreated, this may not seem like anything, but I think for silver it is much higher if you(naowra) are reading the comments I play a lot of Ana, so I like to give you some advices first about the aim, (from the first video to the second you improved by 300%) but try to do two things. The first: Stop jumping Emongg always says "if you see me in the top 500 I'll jump too" Everyone has this problem, but it's affecting your aim want to jump with LW is ok, not ideal but not problematic Now heroes like Illari and Ana I don't recommend a trick: change your keybinds of crouching to jumping, you avoid a movement that is predictable and affects your aim and replace it with one that will make you more difficult to be hit and I believe will not affect your aim Second: aim, breathe and shoot Many times you missed the shot because you didn't aim, you just shot in the direction or aimed but didn't breathe. breathing in the game doesn't exist, understand this "breathing" in taking time between aiming and shooting, use this time to confirm if your shoot will hit, you have to be calm and don't get nervous, it doesn't matter if you have a reaper, Sym, Tracer or whoever killing you , take it easy. Over time you will do this automatically in milliseconds This tip is for your skills too, breathe before using, take your time, half of your skills you are missing because you were in a hurry, when you're learning try taking your time, over time you end up using them automatically, but for now do things calmly and slowly Now some quick skills tips: - Think about whether your team or you will get value when using. - When putting someone to sleep, position yourself behind the enemy's back, not in front, shoot and if you take damage, nade. - the combo is shot, melee, nade, shot (230) heroes with 250 health are not worth as they have ways to heal or escape - Tracer: before shooting wait 3 seconds, she gonna use Recall, shoot her to wake up, she gonna use recall and will return to where she was sleeping, shoot, meele, nade (160) good tracers will be able to get out, but even if you can't finish her, she will be forced to retreat - if you have flakers, keep your skills to yourself, - try start think about: who can I use my skills? Put it in the middle of the open to bait an enemy to it and cancel it on them. ALSO, if the someone on your team is positioned where they'll back into the payload put it between them and the payload
Great job and all that, I was about to have an aneurysm watching all those unscoped ana shots from Narnia though. Ana hipfire is good but not from downtown trying to heal a critical Mauga lmao
I dont have context on how he did before but he did better with ana than lw, he made 2 game changing mistakes, letting her queen die in 1 vs 5 and healing queen in the plane instead of people in low ground, also why queen let him die to baptiste? About the platforms, as a lw user when we have a moira/zen/lucio, 75% of the times i leave a backup platform to fall back it backfires everytime, because a teammate/enemy triggers it, they get headshot or we lose terrain way to fast, so yeah i dont do that often unless i know where i am and to pull out someone, i also use it to cover active flanking spots,if they trigger it i can make the call or againsts ults like orisa or reaper or to missposition someone
I can't use my petal effectively because 9/10 times when I'm setting it up... Someone IMIDIATELY steps on it, jumps off, and just stares at me like I shot their dog. And I'm talking before team fights happen... It's one of the most irritating things to deal with as a weaver. I can't say I don't understand why it happens though... The same people that constantly step on a Junkrat trap are the same ones stepping on my petal. Awareness in the metal ranks is super low.
Should have put that tree in their spawn door after point 1 cap. Block them out, stall that Dva ult, so much healing (and therefore personal dmg). Plus you would have generated so much more ult charge after that.
cool tip for wl: you don't have to reload your "gun" if you pass some seconds in the other one (like you're healing and go to damage and vice versa) it will reload auto. and if you have to, reloading on demage is quicker
Having a petal ready will pretty much deny any and all value to Sombra and Tracer. Even if they hack the first you'll have another ready to use. Always set up between fights
Chat: "That Mercy rez is the kind of play that makes me want to change games", "We got rolled by a Mei last night and that makes me want to change games". Then just change. Play CS, CoD, or whatever. Me and most people play Overwatch precisely because of the weird heroes. It's a hero shooter and it plays like very few FPS games in existence. That's what makes it fun for most people. I play it because it reminds me of some of my favorite childhood games, such as Twisted Metal (a vehicular combat game with many quirky characters with different special abilities) and fighting games in general, like Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat and Tekken. What makes Overwatch great is exactly because each character has their own weird weapons, abilities and mechanics that are usually not seen in FPS games but are more common in MOBAs, fighting games, vehicular combat games and RPGs. The genre crossover makes it unique and fun. If you only like FPS, then this is truly not the game for you.
I know Emongg made the joke that if that were him on the JQ in the kitsune he would've gotten rolled as well but I've seen him win a 1v5 on cart. Granted it was with Dva but still.
In lower ranks, if you try to place a petal, 100% of the time some idiot will step on it, activate, then jump off instantly. That’s why lower rank LWs tend to selfishly hold their petals
My only question is how do you determine whether or not a tank is being too aggressive? I have trouble distinguishing between a tank going to deep vs just making space. Its especially hard as lifeweaver bc if you pull a tank one too many times, they start yelling at you and then NOBODY is having fun lol
I think part of it is if they know how and when to cycle back to cover and get heals. If they're over aggressive, they won't be using cover, won't be backing up when critical, basically just in the enemies face no matter what.
i like lifeweaver but i hate it when im grabed cuz for me in the postions im in im about to kill a enemy than i get grabed and we lose czu im grabed and didnt kill the hog or anyother hero

I play a lot of Ana, so I like to give you some advices
first about the aim, (from the first video to the second you improved by 300%)
but try to do two things.
The first: Stop jumping
Emongg always says "if you see me in the top 500 I'll jump too"
Everyone has this problem, but it's affecting your aim
want to jump with LW is ok, not ideal but not problematic
Now heroes like Illari and Ana I don't recommend
a trick: change your keybinds of crouching to jumping, you avoid a movement that is predictable and affects your aim and replace it with one that will make you more difficult to be hit and I believe will not affect your aim
Second: aim, breathe and shoot
Many times you missed the shot because you didn't aim, you just shot in the direction or aimed but didn't breathe.
breathing in the game doesn't exist, understand this "breathing" in taking time between aiming and shooting, use this time to confirm if your shoot will hit, you have to be calm and don't get nervous, it doesn't matter if you have a reaper, Sym, Tracer or whoever killing you , take it easy.
Over time you will do this automatically in milliseconds
This tip is for your skills too, breathe before using, take your time, half of your skills you are missing because you were in a hurry, when you're learning try taking your time, over time you end up using them automatically, but for now do things calmly and slowly
Now some quick skills tips:
- Think about whether your team or you will get value when using.
- When putting someone to sleep, position yourself behind the enemy's back, not in front, shoot and if you take damage, nade.
- the combo is shot, melee, nade, shot (230) heroes with 250 health are not worth as they have ways to heal or escape
- Tracer:
before shooting wait 3 seconds, she gonna use Recall,
shoot her to wake up, she gonna use recall and will return to where she was sleeping,
shoot, meele, nade (160)
good tracers will be able to get out, but even if you can't finish her, she will be forced to retreat
- if you have flakers, keep your skills to yourself,
- try start think about: who can I use my skills?
Does Mercy have rez? Doom has block?Does the enemy have ult and is it possible to stop? sleeping dart .

17:14 I love low elo gameplay because of how unpredictable they can be lmao
That song is like a national anthem for overwatch! 😂 but great video as always 😊
They should focus on jumping less and quickscoping more as Ana. I’m guilty spamming jump too, but there were moments that it threw their aim off!
I love this concept! I would like to guess what rank are they now though, I think it would be fun!
i will say that in the lower tiers ( and sometimes in higher) ppl purposefully step on your platform almost immediately every time!
More support for the position of attack point one by the capture. The spot He highlights also has a mega right there to not waste a cooldown
Hearing that song makes me wanna put my hand over my heart
I love this concept! It would be great to see where people are now
Should have put that tree in their spawn door after point 1 cap.
Wifeleaver?
@@AssoBestaTyyp correct ;)
Ima get more addicted to the channel with this series 🤣
Love this content. Would love to see more!
There sleep is top notch.
Hey, I was on stream when you first talked about this idea, nice.
Second c9 at 9:00 whaaaaat 😑😑 team effort going in. Also tank?
When Emongg pulls out the plumbis
Having a petal ready will pretty much deny any and all value to Sombra and Tracer. Even if they hack the first you'll have another ready to use. Always set up between fights
good concept.
I think it might be fun to try to guess their new elo
If you only like FPS, then this is truly not the game for you.
this was great pls keep doing this
Love getting here early :)
Big fan of this video concept!
This is a great idea, cool video
The mercy heal botting💀
I know Emongg made the joke that if that were him on the JQ in the kitsune he would've gotten rolled as well but I've seen him win a 1v5 on cart. Granted it was with Dva but still.
the song is great but i miss the "they could of touched" essays
Please do more of this!
Ngl I could never pull off that sleep at 16:48 in my current skill.
Watching this lifeweaver was lIke watching the bastion that didn't use their turret form. Agonizing
Not once but twice😂😂😂
Fine guess it’s time to submit a replay
Gonna be interestin when everyone ranks gets a light reset
Rank up goes hard 1:29

this player is definitely a higher rank than silver, there was stuff that needed improving but their skill and knowledge are above silver.
What is the lore behind the song?? 😂
