Same! And I swear the Dva didn’t eat a single Moira orb, which was doing a lot of damage to the team and causing their Moira to run out of healing even faster. Everytime I saw the damage orb coming I was like “this poor Moira about to exhaust all her reserves 😭”
And the spamming “i need healing” when you have 1 healer that’s already healing you and you’re not even in a team fight. Triggered me as a support main and average Dva enjoyer
I've never watched a match where I was cheering for the team as much as I was for this Moira. I legitimately was impressed at how well they tried to work together as a team.
This was me hi! It was amazing to see this live and everyone's reactions to it. For anyone wondering I ended the game with just over 30k heals, and yes I upped my sense after this 😭 Edit: for some more context I usually play mercy and I hadn't played moira in awhile so I wasn't used to her fade or orb movement

A lot of it is that bronze players have pretty much no concept of adapting to situations, for example. They have a rigid set of guidelines, "Okay, when this happens... I DO THIS!" And the moment anything unexpected occurs they buckle immediately.

@@josephdavis3472 the game literally doesnt classify it as an emote, its a default communication animation, basically its just a special voiceline, an EMOTE is a specific category that you can see in the hero menu or on the coms wheel
dude I will occasionally run into soldiers who do this and the level of love I feel for these humans is off the charts. I think soldier is the only dps who will see other teammates say "I need healing" and one time, I accidentally used that instead of come to me for healing when I, as a support, was very low and that gamer threw down that healing so fast 😭 whenever I get a little annoyed with dps players, I remember that and other instances and I calm down
i think it would be funny to have “the supports get stuck alone with each other” going through low level supp matches as a supp main, there have been SO many times when I have gotten stuck alone with the other support and we had to scramble to get our asses out of there
or "supports desperately healing each other to stay alive" lmao so many instances in my non bronze games where the other support and I are basically staring into each other's eyes as we're just trying to keep the other alive 😂

As a bronze moira I relate to so much of what's happening including every bronze dva always rushing in without teammates and failing my orbs. 32:42 is my favorite moment. I'm recently realizing the straight forward heals orbs aren't the best, just throw them to the side at the wall and you get so much more heals.
man that dva. one thing that actually exasperates me as a support main is when someone desperately needs heals and you're on them like a fly on stink, healing them, almost getting them back up to full, and that's when they start spamming the 'need healing' button. Like yeah no kidding bud, i see you, this is one of the rare times i see you, good job, i've been healing you for the past eight seconds but okay. the heal me button is useful, very useful and helps a lot... but boy howdy it's sad when someone has worse situational awareness than I do.
Watching your teammates feed, avoid healthpacks, stand out in the open or even walk into the enemy team while crit/low health, all while spamming "I need healing!" And flaming people.. just the average support experience anywhere below like, diamond, lol
A tip for Tapefolder and anyone in general who wants to play Moira: hold or spam your damage button to recharge your juice meter, even if there's no enemy in sight. Its faster than waiting for it to refill on its own and sometimes you randomly get an enemy on damage range without intending to. On PC you can have an extra attack button set on the mouse wheel and scroll down to make it easier.

I noticed that Moira would actually throw some orbs right before ulting I think that's a really good habit to try to get used to, whether be it a healing orb or damage orb

Tbh this moira feels like she deserves higher than bronze. She was solo healing a 4v5 and putting up a good fight in the process. Her orbs were a bit shaky at times but she had some great ults that won them fun. As a moira main who was GM for awhile I can honestly say she was doing pretty well, probably could climb to at least plat with some time and a bit more orb placement
As a former bronze player back in 2016, I can tell you this is 100% how all my games went. A player or two would leave, everyone else stayed. So much chaos. I do not know how I escaped bronze, but I am so happy to not be there anymore. It's just way too stressful. Everyone is out doing their own thing all game.
Moira carried so hard. D. Va was feeding her brains out. The bronze bingo card needs Mei wall that screws over their own team. It happens very often with bronze Mei. Instead of Widow duel maybe uncontested Widow. This would be a Widow that stays in the same spot most of the game and no one on the enemy team tries to kill her.
That teamate going Soldier to make up some of that healing for the lost support was a good play. Also picking Mei for some self healing

I do not know how I escaped bronze, but I am so happy to not be there anymore. It's just way too stressful. Everyone is out doing their own thing all game.

The bronze bingo card needs Mei wall that screws over their own team. It happens very often with bronze Mei.
Instead of Widow duel maybe uncontested Widow. This would be a Widow that stays in the same spot most of the game and no one on the enemy team tries to kill her.
