Real-life friends and The Young and the Restless co-stars Lauralee Bell and Tricia Cast will join me live in The Locher Room on Wednesday November 8th at 3 p.m. EDT / 12 p.m. PDT. Together this duo will look back at their 37 year friendship while we also celebrate 40 years of “Cricket Blair.”
Lauralee joined the cast of Y&R back in July of 1983 with Tricia’s “Nina Webster” arriving three years later in 1986. “Cricket” and “Nina” began as rivals fighting over “Phillip Chancellor” but soon emerged as friends just as Lauralee and Tricia are great friends off-screen.
Come spend an afternoon hanging out and looking back with Lauralee and Tricia on Wednesday, November 8th.

Fun interview with Lauralee Bell and Tricia Cast .
Thank you so much, Alan.
You bet. Glad you enjoyed it.
Great show
🙏🙏🙏
I DK how I keep missing the live but here I am. 😊I love these ladies. They both look great. I remember when Nina had the storyline with Darlene Connolly playing Rose, the woman trying to sell Nina's baby. I was so happy to see these ladies & Danny recently in the flashbacks that included Paul. I wish they had shown Phillip also. My favorite Nina story was the one with David Kimble. I remember when Cricket was involved with Scott who turned out to be her brother. They had so many interesting storylines. 🤗
I'm glad you watch it at anytime you can. Thank you for doing so.
Darlene Connelly is unmatched. Miss her terribly!
I couldn't make it in for the live...but really enjoyed watching the video. Watching these 2 ladies and Michael Damian a few days ago has made me feel like a teen again! Love that they are all back on the show. Hope they stay for a very long time!
Glad to hear that, Cathy. Thank you.
An intimate peek into the relationships of these iconic women. As a soap devotee I appreciated Doug Marland reference. He was a visionary like Agnes Nixon. Another fabulous hour, Alan. ❤️❤️🥰
Thanks for spending the hour with me, my friend. Sending hugs!
What a phenomenal, fabulous, marvelous sensational down to earth interview❤ what a joy to watch and listen too Iconic women at their best💯👏😊👍❤️❤️❤️ Alan You never cease to disappoint anyone with any program you put out on the air👍 bravo👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Yes a great interview and as I have said I am loving how y and looks today with Josh Griffith actaul having y and r with Vivian gundaker look a lot like Doug Marland era atwt.
So I don't get why so many people keep complaining that it sucks.
And Josh Griffith has come a long way in 32 years from his Santa Barbara oltl days for which I was never crazy about.
Ohh I am in the Danny Christine camp. And have always been.
And the Heather danniel camp not the daniel lily camp especially with vail bloom back.
And I actually am more in the Paul April stevans camp and it was a huge mistake not to pursue that when Rebecca staab briefly took over the role yet we have not heard from April since then hopefully that's something Josh Griffith can fix.
Ohh and Benjamin I am not sure if you watched Alan's interview with Jill Phelps but I strongly disagree with her when she said it was looking boring again with Josh Griffith.
But he had a lot to clean up and you know what I will take good storytelling and just focusing on the basics first over too much high stakes drama and violence any day.
Thank you my friend!
Sadly, you can't please everyone. 🤷🏻♂️
This was a great interview. I'm so glad that they are both on Y and R again now. I watched when they first came on.
Glad you enjoyed it, Cindy!
Love them both, and they both look better here than in the show. Maybe they're both happier than their characters.
Ha Ha -- that's funny.
You do the best interviews
Thank you, Andrew. That means so much to me.
What a great interview Alan and to hear lauralee talk about bieng a Doug Marland atwt fan and her friendship with Martha Byrne.
And Alan the original snapper foster was William Grey espy before David hasselhoff before he went to aw as mitch blake and Alan Bill Bell was the first headwriter of aw..
As for today's young and the restless I am loving it with Josh Griffith as both ep and headwriter I. Mean it's looking a lot like Doug Marland era atwt.
And I am bringing it up because of comments Jill faren Phelps made when you interviewed her but also for those fans who keep saying y and r sucks now.
And I am sorry but I think y and r is looking even better than it has in years and even better than the bill bell days in some ways and I am sure bill bell must be proud seeing his show look so good.
And Alan I am in the Danny Christine camp and never liked the Paul Christine pairing but I love Doug Davidson.
But a huge opportunity was missed in 2008 when rebecca staab was briefly cast as a recast April stevans and that should have been the pairing as April stevans was Heather stevans mother and Paul was and is Heather's dad.
And Alan I hope Lilly and dannielle get broken up and get Heather and dannielle back together.
And no it's not a interracial thing as I love Devon and Abby together.
But there is a reason years ago Lilly and dannielle was short lived it's because it did not work.
Thats why.

who is Danielle?
@@a.e.7988 it was a typo, I meant Daniel as in Daniel romolotti phylis's son since Danny romolotti is not really Daniel romolotti*s son sorry but my phone has a habit at times to take out the correct spelling and make up words or names.
This was great! Happy 40th Laura Lee, you were so young when you came on the show I remember. I remember when Tricia came on, she was something else 😆. You could tell Nina was up to things, a girl from the wrong side of the tracks looking for a brand new start. She came on a pregnant teen and Rose DeVille (the late great Darlene Connolly), it was no accident that her last name just happens to be DeVille, get it 😆. Rose was scary and Darlene played her well! Nina and Cricket were total opposites and wouldn't think they would be friends, but Cricket always stood by Nina through it all, even when Nina stole her boyfriend and got pregnant by him. Nina came from nothing and was envious of Cricket and wanted what she had, and Cricket knew Nina had a hard life and felt sorry for her. These two have been through a lot together on screen and I'm sure off screen as well, and it's good to know that they've remained friends for 37 years. Thanks again Alan for this!
So love your reply and so true what was fantastic I didn’t know where 40 years have gone❤ Thank goodness YNR still going strong
You bet, Dee. I apologize for forgetting to ask about Nina's mom.
👍🩷👍
@@TheLocherRoom No problem, I know it's a lot to cover in an hour.
What a great show. I love these two ladies. It was great to hear them say nice things about Brenda Dickson, whom I love. Thanks, Alan!
You're so welcome, Eddie. Thank you for watching.
Love those 2 and wish they were on more, the flashbacks were awesome 💯
