    This reminds me of something called the physiological sigh, you tense up your entire body, then hold it for 20 seconds or so, then release everything. I do this a lot leading into yoga nidra. So good for sleep too. I love this I'm so glad I found it and I always say that when you turn on your gratitude, it's like turning on a flashlight - showing and amplifying what's already there. 🖤

    So simple but this really is such a help. I'm fighting back sleep just a few moments longer so I can write this 😅 And it's great for those of us who want to try meditation but need bite-sized ways to start. I'd love to see more of these!
