Thank you ❤ I didn’t reach the end, so I think it was a good sleep meditation 😊
I have been listening to “Wind down before sleep “, which you posted about 10 months ago, it’s a 10 minute sleep meditation, I use when I just get into bed to listen to , still with the light on, and eyes still open. This one is so relaxing, and really helps to wind down.
Then I turn off the light, close my eyes and listen to another longer sleep meditation .
I switch off the auto play, so that there’s nothing else playing after .this has been helping me fall a sleep easily. Thank you so much ❤
