My dishwasher seems loose. When we bough the house it was preinstalled, but it's loose. Seems like it's not installed right. What is that metallic part underneath the granite, that the brackets are screwed against in the upper front at 15:28? I need to get that part.

Excellent instructive video, note:: some of this model Samsung Dishwasher do not use the Thermister part, they use an ECS sensor in its place, part #dd82-0118a. Not interchangeable, make sure what version of this model you have prior to ordering parts!

I have a Samsung DMT400RHS - and it's stuck in the wash cycle. It won't cycle through to the rinse or dry cycle. Any ideas?
Would anyone happen to know if the stainless steel door will fit on the white Samsung dishwasher that’s the same model #. The only difference seems to be a “W” at the end of the white model number and an “S” at the end the stainless steel model.
If the black water seal under the cutting blade needs to be replace for any leak , can i replaced just the seal or do i have to replace the whole wash pump ??? can i get just the seal ?? Thanks !

I have a Samsung DW80f600 UTS that will not stop draining. I unplug it and plug it back in and the dishwasher turns on itself and starts draining again found the cutter broken off inside the drain area but I don’t know if that’s the usual or not
Mike was draining like that but it was leaking and throwing a code, i fixed the leak and now it works really badly. Go figure 🤡

@@repairclinic Yes I am in UK, I can't find anything that resembles that model to show where the element is located and how to access it so I can obviously remove then take the part number to order a new OEM Samsung part. Could you possibly point me towards something?

My washer door will not close or lock it will start if I hold the door shut.. it does have the auto dry function that opens the door to dry..

My dishwasher works about 15 seconds and then stops, and then starts dinging sound 3 times like its at the end of the wash. it has 2 blue lights blinking at the same time. Any ideas on what it is?

I just purchased a new Samsung dishwasher and it did not come with the Door Guide Caps. I have read that these are primarily for aesthetic purposes. How important are they? We haven't ran our dishwasher yet because Samsung said they can't get the caps to us for over a month and that we can return the dishwasher. We secured the dishwasher to the countertop and the side cabinets. Do I have to have the caps in the holes to use the dishwasher?
