Roast Goose @ Yat Lok in Central Hong Kong

We were out and about in central Hong Kong today to explore and decided to have lunch at Yat Lok. One of the highly recommended places for roast goose.
We waited in line to get a seat and were escorted to our seat, which was a storage room with a counter. We asked the server to give us a bigger table if possible, and the lady just basically told us to take this table or go back outside and wait in line again, so we basically took the table so we could try this place.
We ordered a couple items, and the server just told us that we didn’t know how to order, so she helped us order our meal. We got a lower quarter of the goose, which came with the leg part. We ordered a barbecue pork and crispy pork platter, a couple rice bowls, and a veggie dish. The roast goose was probably the highlight. So don't waste your time and money getting the barbecue pork and crispy pork because the crispy pork was not crispy at all, and the barbecue pork was just okay.
So if you decide to go to Yat Lok, I highly recommend just getting the roast goose with rice and nothing else. Also, come with lots of patience, as you may need to wait in long lines and the service is terrible.
