Famous Pineapple Bun and Hong Kong Style French Toast @ Kam Wah Cafe

We visited Kam Wah Café for their famous pineapple bun and French toast for breakfast. We ordered several items to try, and we were surprised that the food did not taste as good as it used to.
The pineapple bun did not come out fresh and piping hot like it used to. Also, the French toast had an unpleasant, salty flavour that I didn't like. The toast with peanut butter and condensed milk was just ordinary and nothing special. The best thing we got might’ve been an egg and ham sandwich, which my kids enjoyed.
Overall, I would not recommend coming to try Kam Wah Cafe. I think the restaurant is a bit run down over time, just like its food. There are many cafes in Hong Kong that we will try and search for the next best French toast and pineapple bun. Stay tuned and keep watching for more upcoming videos.
