Thank you Jordan! ♥ Just wanted to point out that you can indeed filter by job titles. Just use the "job-title" filter in the text search field of your leads report, i.e. "job-title:president,manager,owner". Then, it will only show leads matching those job titles. You'd need to enable "include database contacts" when exporting though.

How do you narrow it down to the size of the business? for example, if you only wanted to work with medium size businesses.
If I send an outreach email. Can I still do a sales call with that same lead I contacted through email? If so, how can I start the call?
How can I search a whole state? or at least a 100 0r 200 mile radius? I don't mind upgrading but it doesn't look like its possible, professional plan only has multiple cities, but for example, around Minneapolis could be 200 cities or suburbs, It will be a mammoth task to use maps to list all cities or suburbs. Hey Jordan, the biggest issue we face when considering other data suppliers is that nobody seems to have Apollo's ability to de-dupe emails already used in certain campagins. How do you guys do this using this software? For example, If we target business owners in say Bristol, 50k results, we send 5k emails a month, we need a way of ensuring when we do a data pull using limited credits, we aren't downloading the same data.
Download in sheets file... For record... Then next time before sending emails.. merge that data with older and remove duplicates... In this way.. it might use more credits..
I was wondering how do I import my leads to goggle sheets? I'm not really sure if I even downloaded it as it didn't show up in my files or where the arrow points down to show the list of things downloaded on the computer. Im having some difficulties and don't know how to open and view them 😭😭
