Is the binding 2.5” and then you iron 1/4” from the edge..apologize if this was a repeated question. I plan on using your method on a California King quilt I am finishing up. TY posting & sharing. ❤

This is how I learned to sew on binding many, ma y years ago. But you don’t need to use bias for straight edges, use when dealing with curves.
