IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. UA-camrs optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching UA-cam for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that's not going to change.
Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.
When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.

I wasn't feeling very good today and I just broke down in tears after only 3 seconds into the workout. I stopped, caught my breath and tried to find something else to do to make me happy. So yes, today I didn't manage to do a workout and that's okay. We all have those days and we need to normalize it :)

I had a time when even though i was sick i felt bad for not exercising and would feel very bad and then i thought wtf ur sick , go chill. You can feel unwell mentally or physically and its completely okay to take a break and be with urself
Yes totally agreed our body needs rest and breaks and we should listen to our bodies natural cues. Remember overworking can also lead to failures. Take it at your own pace. We all our doing this in a way to give love to our bodies and not to punish it. U go girl. U are STRONK🥺❤

I can confirm. I did the 2 hourglass programs and now I'm doing this one and there are some tricky exercises.. And I do have a lot of strenght and muscle at this point hahahaha

I have been faithfully participating in your summer shred challenge and I actually have been doing this now for 2 years I move from certain 20 minute hit workouts to ab workouts and I make up my own schedule just clicking on all of the different workouts that you have!!!! I have gone from a size 10 to a size 6 and have tons of energy to do all the things that I like to do like horseback riding, jogging, climbing, hiking. 3 years ago it was hard for me to get up on top of my horse by using just the stirrup now I literally float right up, your workouts have caused my upper body core and arms to be super strong!!! I love having indentations in my stomach something that I haven't had for many years!! Did I already say that I'm 55 years old? LoL thank you Chloe XOXO

Hey! Recovered anorexic here 😊. I had an awful eating disorder for abt a year and a half, and after lots of therapy and treatment I can say that I’m recovered and healthy again! I haven’t worked out in months, though, to get better and prevent a relapse. I’m using these amazing workouts to get used to working out again, and take care of and love my body to make up for all the pain I caused it. that's me and my cat. He usually doesn't like to be that touchy, but the minute I start to workout he'd come and ask to play.

I did this workout 1 time a day. Two days later I got on the scales.. -2 kg!! at the end of the week I took measurements, my waist became 63 cm, it was 66, I was shocked. the most important thing: I ate as usual, junk food and all that. Thanks to Chloe. she is not praised for nothing.

Day 5 and I can see changes already! I'm not even on a clean diet but I'm on a 20 hours intermittent fast. My endurance level has increased tremendously.

I just completed the 2 weeks shred yesterday; I did not lose weight but I think my results are realistic. I started the summer shred today, it will take more than weeks for me too 😂

Hey guys... long story short. I broke my tibia and fibula a couple of weeks ago. Went into surgery and I can’t move my leg. You can imagine the horror, but it’s the fact that I can’t participate in several exercises like these. It seriously makes me cry every night being unable to move and do the things I love. Every independence you’ve had taken in a moment really. I want to get fit still and I’m wondering if any of you and maybe Chloe (the queen herself) could help me out. I want to exercise still but I can’t move my leg. I just don’t know what to do. Thank y’all for reading this. It’s been really rough these last couple of weeks.

Oh I’m sorry for that🙏♥️ you can just search an upper body workout or workout without legs involve and you will be able to exercise again 😄✨
Just take care of yourself for now. It's important to get your bones healed completely n properly. So don't think of exercising for now. It'll only worsen your problem. Also, the more you think abt it the more mental pressure you'll feel. So take it easy for now. Focus on getting healed.
I agree with kingdom of the clouds. Sometimes you need to let yourself heal. I had other things going on in my life since the beginning of 2021 and i found myself stressing about those things and the fact that i wasn't exercising and doing the things that i love. But i had to focus on myself for a while and now i'm back :) it's been five months and today's my first day exercising again. I promise you'll get back to the things you like

İ dont know how to be able to move your leg again but for my opinion, try to be happy with that its all up to you, its your life and you cant give up. I hope you will be well even more than before. (Sorry about the english if i said something wrong)
Okay so I'm doing the 2021 Summer shred and I'll update every day to show you all my progress!
Note: I'm doing this to gain confidence in myself and to be healthier!
Day 1: that really hurt but it wasn't horrible!
Day 2: I'm pretty sore but not horribly so!
Day 3: Now I'm extremely sore 😂 this day was by far the worst out of the three. Make sure to drink your water!
Day 4: Hallelujah for rest days!! I was so sore but I definitely feel happier after working out for a few days!
Day 5: today wasn't horrible! It was definitely challenging but I think I'm slowly improving!
Day 6: I actually wasn't as sore as a couple of days ago and feel a ton more productive!
Day 7: rest day!! Happy mother's day by the way!
Day 8: I was super sore today but I'm feeling the burn!
Day 9: I definitely am seeing a difference in my legs and abs!! I'm so excited for my final results!
Day 10: definitely one of the hardest days so far!! It was worth it though!
Day 11: I'm so glad today is a rest day! I've been seeing more results in my stomach and arms!
Day 12: Today wasn't too bad so that's good! I'm definitely gaining endurance!
Day 13: I only did the 20 minute shred because I'm going to be doing a sport for 4 hours today! I'm seeing a lot of progress!
Day 14: I'm so thankful for rest days! I can't believe I'm 2 weeks in!
Day 15: Today was a ton of cardio but it wasn't horrible! Definitely drink your water 😅.
Day 16: I can't believe it's already day 16! It's getting easier to work out that's for sure!
Day 17: My abs feel so much more defined than they used to!! I'm also feeling so much more positivity ever since I started working out! I can't wait to see my final results!
Day 18: today wasn't too hard!! I have resistance bands so I upped the difficulty a little but it wasn't too bad!
Day 19: I had a small cold so I did a bit less than I should've but it's okay! Take rest days if you need to!
Day 20: I had a sports game today but I'm still glad I got to rest!
Day 21: ahhh! Three weeks in!! I'm seeing such a difference in my body and attitude!

@@glitterbesjes6397 It all depends on the person! But for me, it's definitely been making a difference on my positivity levels and my stomach and legs are feeling much smaller and more toned!

@@mate9455 thank you! For me, the workouts (especially the ab workouts) have definitely helped my love handles to decrease! While it's impossible to target fat loss to a specific area, I've found that the ab workouts decrease my love handles a good bit! Chloe also has specific workout videos that try to tone the love handle area! I hope this helps! You're doing amazing!

My brain processed it my body was just very much disagreeing 😂 I can do it when balancing on my right leg but when I tried on my left it just gave out.

I love how she always says “ your abs will love you and hate you at the same time” when really, I love and hate HER at the same time, thank you chloe! I was having a hard time finding my way back into exercise and fitness and your programs really do help!
If you’re struggling to stay consistent in following her programs, just do your best for five seconds each exercise! You’ll be surprised at what you can accomplish when you just try.
