    I completed his 6 week Shred Revolution eating. Lost 13 lbs the 1st 6 weeks(I was cheating on the weekends 😬). Lost another 27 lbs the 2nd 6 weeks. Dropped from a size 14 to a size 2. Kept it off for several years.

      Did you work out?

    • @yolanda5756
      @yolanda5756 2 роки тому +3

      @@nyanzarojas8776 I worked out only twice during that 12 weeks that I lost that 40 lbs, though his book suggests working out with the plan. The weight seemed to be melting off so I didn't work out. I later regretted not working out because I was so little with NO shape. I looked exactly like a stick man. Big head with a stick body. I should have worked out to tone up. I lost that weight so fast my family & coworkers thought I was ill 😁 But, I work out now. I have since tried to GAIN a little weight because I was just too little. But, the minute I start eating right again, the weight falls back off. I no longer follow the plan but I know how to eat to keep the weight off after all of these years. It's all about food choices(treats included) & spacing meals.

    What helped me was controlling an overeating habit. That book "30 Days to Stop Overeating" by Harper Daniels got me thinking.

    I don't cook and I've lost 75 lbs. In a just over a year clean eating. I don't count fat grams or macros at all and I didn't exercise at first either. My theory is I eat it the way God made it. If man needed to process it in any way than I don't eat it!

    For all the naysers... get the book and read through it. He recommends whole grain oats for the oatmeal... not the quaker crap.
    You are given choices for each meal, and as far as the snacks, 1/2 of a cucumber and 2tbls hummus is not gonna make you fat. I am actually starting meal plan tomorrow. I usually eat healthy anyway, but since Thanksgiving I slacked off. So I wanted a reset on my system.

      I try to keep bread out of my diet.. there are rare exceptions.. but as an example... I may have a bread stick once a month... so on the day it had the option to have a slice if toast, I opted for eggs and fruit and veggies. When I make the veggie burger, I will not have a bun.
      You have choices with this plan, unlike others that tell you.. day 1 eat this... etc etc

    processed foods and empty calories are your only enemies. cut your sugar and you will start seeing the results. I started working out after a long break. but started calorie deficit diet about five weeks ago. I have lost about 6 kilos ( 13 pounds) since I started exercising although I think that the weight loss has accelerated since I started my calorie deficit diet. I think I will see more results in the coming days. for now, I have a target of achieving perfect abs in at least next 4-5 months. I might take a little longer than that but as long as I am going towards that goal, I am happy.

    I would go with raw milk. I believe the process that milk goes through is the cause of our issues. If your body doesn't recognize the modified version, it makes sense that it will eventually cause a problem. Also, there are better cereals than oatmeal such as buckwheat. It tastes great too and is very versatile. There are a lot of ancient grains that have more nutritional content. Sugar is sugar...if it causes a spike, there will be a crash. When this happens it's problem for all of us who want to stop causing damage to our cells and create more and more inflammation in our bodies. I admire what Dr. Ian is doing. Compared to most of our diets, you can't go wrong with the Clean 20.

      -Or a multitude of staple foods that exceed an abnormal caloric amount.
      -And most countries get far more mobility on average than Americans.

    Wheat is gluten and dairy isn’t healthy. I’m not going to eat pasta either, they say it’s healthy but dairy isn’t healthy and gluten is bad so go organic and go gluten free people it’s going to help us! Bread is bad too it has chemicals in it! It’s not easy to digest for most people, I eat only gluten free bread, I can’t digest oatmeal either or potatoes! He has a lot to learn from Dr. Ken Berry MD

    • @BrianJHilliard
      @BrianJHilliard 3 роки тому

      It all depends on what bread you're eating. Also, Dr. Smith did say that the clean eating is for everyone and that you can setup "YOUR OWN" clean eating plan. He made it clear that you have to do what is best for you.
