Osoyoos is a town in the Okanagan Valley region of British Columbia, Canada. It's surrounded by desert, vineyards and mountains. Osoyoos Lake is known for its warm water, beaches and water sports facilities. Nk’Mip Desert Cultural Centre and Osoyoos Desert Centre have hands-on exhibits and trails exploring the local desert ecosystem. The Osoyoos Museum traces the town’s history with aboriginal and pioneer artifacts.

It is Canada's only “arid” desert environment, and is home to over 100 rare plants and over 300 rare invertebrates. 👍❤️😁

Excellent coverage about this beautiful little southern resort town, I visited too many times during the Summer & Autumn, I enjoyed picking it's excellent Apples & Grapes. I buy a lots of Apples as a fresh supply & gave it as a presents to friends. Keep up the good videos. Thumb up.

Haynes point looks so beautiful . I would love to camp there. The golf courses are so scenic! Wow that model train set is the nicest one I’ve ever seen .. the elaborate detail is so impressive. Left you a like friend

You forgot Quail running everywhere. I love the little quails. Only place in Canada that has them.
Not one mention of the fabulous wineries in the area. It's definitely a highlight for many who visit the area.
The name Osoyoos is derived from the Syilx (Okanagan Indian) word soo-yoos , referring to the narrows formed by two spits across the lake. ... They ventured up the Okanagan River to Osoyoos Lake and farther north. Very cool!🥰
