Dude. For the first 39 minutes it was clear how skilled you are. But I couldn't least see myself developing some decent portion of that skill set. And then minute 40 after... Sweet Jesus the speed boost... your mastery of movement is INSANE. Respect. So much respect.

Samus has destroyed five planets so far. Zebes, SR388, ZDR, and two planets in the Prime games. Not all of them, but more than the average planetary killcount.
So I just ran my PB best of 3:27 on hard mode, only 30% items. It was only my 4th clear total. I wanted to know how he shoots so fast and how he hits those explosive areas in the beginning. My shots dont seem to glitch into the wall.

I've compared some times between your times and mine and I follow you closely at twice the time over the run. At your 47 minute, I'm at 47+46, at your 55 I'm at 55+58, and so on. My last comparison gives you 86 minutes and me exactly twice that. So yeah, like I said, I'm half has good, at least mathematically if we compare time :P.

Oats needs to get really pissed off and ignore chat. If his movement was as focused as it was in his endgame for the majority of the run his time might be close to 1:50

The game starts with a 3 minute cutscene recapping everything you need to know, then showing Samus getting gonked by Raven Beak. It's unskippable, so runners just start from the moment gameplay starts so they don't have to spend 3 minutes each run watching it.

The experiment fight in this route is so impressive. No space jump, eating the beam attack, no storm missile for the appendages, no problem.
