You know you’ve made a good tips video when I’m 40+ hours into my playthrough and I’m thinking “ahhh balls I might have to start over and do some of these things earlier on”
Awesome video brother, thank you ! I’m in full swing of tier two and getting iron things finally now. Stoked to make it to tier 3 in the near(ish) future. I’ll check your other videos out for sure
Great tip point 5. I didn't know that building a village house spawns higher quality villagers. I build one of each village improvement and I find those high quality villagers where there is a village house.
Another tip! If you take over the wheat field in the beginning, you get rich and are willing to trade iron gold steel resin cob. Also dried mushroom is an easy meathod.
It actually took me long to get through everything. To liberate all towns and face Lord Asbbourne plus all side quests was about 160 hours. So a LOT of content in its current state. I would say ,yes. I'm happy with my purchase😊
thanks, I though you had to pay to expel someone, I'm dumb. I am not at the stage of kicking people out though, tier 2 village, been playing for a week and struggling to free that first town.
First town is super hard to liberate! You are going to need a lot of good villagers with shields and quality food. Other northern towns are much easier once you got the better equipment. It is only when you go south of the river then that it becomes tough again
“Exchange” villagers? No way I’m going to just kick out Marcel, I don’t care if he has a max harvesting rank of 4. He’s been with me since the beginning, my ride or die 😆
Honestly, I may be giving up on this game. I can't seem to advance. I have started the liberation quest. Defeated the bad guys and built a Belltower, but when I return, the Belltower has disappeared and there were more bad guys. So I defeat the bad guys and build a bell tower, when I return, the bell tower has disappeared and there are hostiles. So I can't recruit apprentices because it says the village has not been liberated even though I have liberated it twice.
After you placed the belltower they send a massive raid party to reclaim the town. It is a pretty big party so you are going to have to make sure that you have plenty of troop with you for that. A lot have people have been saying that liberating the first town is really hard. A lot of mid tier items don't require apprentices anymore so you might be able to advance a little bit further and take on the brigands more easily😊
@@RICHIEV333things are still getting shifted around and balanced as it’s early access, if you get deathly stuck but you really like the game itself, I would recommend a few Nexus mods, particularly one or more that make it easier to recruit the high tier villagers (mod removes the need to liberate a town before hiring Carpenters etc)
@@axefield also another kind off a tip - take over the wheat field from the brigans, build a forager, stokpile and a housing and you will have unlimited supplies of wheat. I also fenced it up so that no bandits or brigans will pass through

Thank you! I started over twice🤣🤣
I’m on my third 😂
@@HammerThumbs 😆👍👍
@@axefield in my defence I have full raids switched on 😅
@@HammerThumbs totally understandable! I remember the first time I tried to liberate a neigboring town... led my whole villlage to the slaughter🤦♂️🤣

That's great! Transition from tier 2 to 3 is really exciting! 💪😎 Thanks for the support!
you have a fan bro!
Thanks man!🙏 Appreciate it!
Great video! A note: to build the village house inside the village you only need the status "Friend" not the "Bellwright" one.
Thank you😄 Yes I realised that after i posted the video🤦♂️
this is no longer true. Village house requires Liberator status.
Great tip point 5. I didn't know that building a village house spawns higher quality villagers. I build one of each village improvement and I find those high quality villagers where there is a village house.
I don't think it is a guarantee, but every time a placed village houses, more of the higher tier villagers popped up😄
I dont know why i have smithing appre villager(craft lv7) but he not work when i try to craft a amor
@@vmFut it depends on what level armor you want to craft. Also, do you have smithing hammer? That was a problem I had before.
@@axefield yes . i found the problem. it the hammer. thank you
@vmFut took me some time to realise it was my problem also when it happened the first time😅

Thanks for the tip😁👍
Please clarify
you cannot beat the wheat field soldiers in the beginning... you CAN steal wheat on Day 1 though.
@@danielgriffith8911 maybe not anymore, i don´t know though i have not tested the new patches. Taking a long breake from the game now.
The bellwright logo looks like arby's logo. Now i can't unsee it.
@@jon131 🤣🤣👍
not sure if the game has changed but for armouring and blacksmith you need a smithing hammer
@@alexandermarksstein8611 it is still the same yes👍👍
How many hours content would you guys say the game has currently for one playthrough?
Is it worth buying?

@@WiseOakDakota Thanks for the advice, I have been playing unmodded..
Village House is T2, not T3 btw.
Thanks🙏
How you get charcoal?
You can unlock charcoal burner only in tier 3 town hall, alternatively, if you liberate Horndean( far South ) you can buy charcoal from them😊👍
Village House you can place after you reach Friend status
Thanks for that! I saw now There's only certain buildings you cannot place before liberating it😊👍
