Good stuff! Enjoy your videos! A couple of notes: This building upgrade method started with v2.0. Make sure to have "Master of Destruction" to get some of your resources back. There may be one Tavern on Oxbow (Piastovia), but there are three on The Valley (Gostovia, Hornica, and Jezerica). The Herald can appear at any of them. Pro Tip #1: ALWAYS SAVE prior to talking to anyone about a quest, particularly the King's Herald. This way, if you can't fulfill the quest in time or based on demands you haven't unlocked, you can reload the save and move on. Pro Tip #2: Bandit detection range is 40 meters. Use your Waypoint indicator on the map and place down close to a bandit camp, then move in close using the range indicator on your compass. Pro Tip #3: Once you do #2, drop to third-person and go into Photo mode to perform aerial reconnaissance of a bandit camp to see what you're up against - or what's remaining - and take cool pictures of your raid. 😁 Thanks for sharing!
My last save is from 2023, where I have a fairly well developed village. I wonder do these changes affect existing saves? I really do not want to start from scratch.
@@ATrainGames if it doesn't affect it completely, there's no point in carrying on an old save, now is there? I really hate the early game in MD, too much grind....
I recently came back to play this again. Haven't played in quite a while and my save was right there waiting for me. Been at it all week without a issue. Slid right back into the old save game seamlessly.
@@michaelmoss_nova_ai I would like to start a new playthrough some time soon😄 Medieval dynasty took me ages to figure out. I've been playing it since it originally came out in 2020

Shouldn't, but try and find out. You'll notice some of your clothing changes to the newer equipment names.

@@dzejrid your old saves should be just fine... I continued playing on really old saves with no issues😊👍
Can you do a new series 😅 I struggle so much with some practical tips.
