@thuggishboy17 Pypes 409 kit...when I had it on mine I got compliments on it everytime I took it out. Plus its very cost effective too, only around 470 for the whole kit if I remember correctly
I'm thinking doing the same as you but do you have to take out the engine to mount the long tube, can I do it myself just jack it up and slowly work my way through the right spaces Thanks

Im trying to find the best bang for my buck with the right long tube headers and mids..i wanna gain as much horse power as possible and still have that nice strong sound! just curious as to your experiences with the BBK set up
Pharoe you will get around 15 to 20 hp and about the same amount of torgue with a tune.WHAT matters is your power band will pull longer and kick in sooner

got my 05 premium 5spd (leather,shaker 1000, 4 gauge dash etc.) with hurst STS and jba axle backs with 69k miles for 11,900 also 18" american muscle wheels in texas here
noobpies137 I'd swap that Hurst out with an MGW or Barton, but you'll never find that in Alabama unless something's wrong with it or somebody's in a bad bind.. I should've driven to Texas and saved a few thousand!
Long tube is probably the best performance upgrade outside of forced induction and tune up!!!

Tbh, if u have more than 2 people and a good garage with tools it only takes about 5-7 hours to install. I just helped do it to a 05 gt 2 days ago.

were you able to install the LT headers yourself, or did you have a Mech do it.
