U.S. Coast Guard Marine Board of Investigation (MBI) convenes public hearings into the loss of the Titan submersible.
The hearing is scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. EDT Sept. 23, 2024, and on the following dates:

Cutting the video is not a break. They are there in the hearing room working. It isn't like the commercial breaks during a football game, where the players set down to tea and cookies right there on the field.
