Coincidently during the fire there was a fema meeting here in waikiki. I was walking to teach snorkeling and a red cross man was talking onbtge phone surveillance the beach. My instincts blew up. The way he was talking was like he was giving the secret rundown of Waikiki Beach. Making plans for???
