Dude thank you so much for this guide! My trips were rough, about 4 a trip, but I ended up getting a fucking chain skirt off a minion at 7kc!!! I watch your guides for all pvm, and this one was especially helpful with the slowing down of the chins.

Thanks for this guide man. I got offered a slayer task of kree'ara and picked 35 (the max) before I seen this video, I only had 86 range. I was only doing 2-3 kill trips and losing money on the supplies. I currently have 6 left and just got an armadyl helmet from a minion lol

I only do arma on task or whit a friend who has task, if youre off-task better wait for one, if u have extended avianses is better, a 240 task usually take me 2 trips duo, i really really recomend red chins on task is so dam fast!!! Great guides! I use them for all gwd and he covers all the stuff u need to know!

@@TS-jd9qs same, I can't believe how far I've come. I think I could do armadyl, I have high ranged and learned many other bosses including sara but I've heard its very serious and I'm a bit scared.

@@TS-jd9qs cool to hear man, I've learned dks, bandos (group), sara (solo), kq, sarachnis, many demi/low level bosses like kbd, hespori, etc. I have very very recently learned vorkath and zulrah as in the past week and done about 100 kc. Zulrah was the hardest for me to learn. I recommend zilyana its my favorite gwd boss to solo.

i feel like you should still mention blood spells for healing even though this is for beginners and bones to peaches tabs are probably the single greatest addition to any arma trip. i use them religiously and i enjoy using the melee bones after i kill it during the fight to get an easy 8hp.
Just watched this guide and on my literal first kill of the trip I got the chestplate at 9 kc.
Kree is by far the boss I would most like to farm (best pet) but god does the chinchompa requirement make it so inaccessible :(
Went on my first trip for kree without watching a guide first. I went there solo and while this guide was playing in background I got 3 kc chest. Oh wow

Finally the guide came out! Thanks man! And i have question - does blood spells are useful there? If so, what additional gear should i bring with and on which minion you need to cast blood spells?
Yes blood spells can be useful here, but only on Geerin and Kilisa as their mage levels are only 50. Once you get the method down you can start taking them. You'd just need a rune pouch with Deaths, Blood, and Souls for blood barrage. That's all I take if I'm using blood barrage. With their mage level being so low, you still hit decent and heal some.
What mage gear should i take then, to be enough to hit them decent, and dont lose too much inventory space?@@AsukaYenOSRS
@@TheAntonv maybe a toxic staff of dead or ancient staff for auto cast
I usually just cast without a staff while wielding bp
@@TheAntonv I don't take anything in terms of mage gear. I just use blood barrage in my range gear.

Given the Dorgeshuun crossbow's spec lowers defense, would it be worth it to bring one for a spec weapon?
Nah it'll have terrible accuracy to hit Kree. Won't be worth the inv spots and blowpipe specs can be pretty effective on the minions.

upgrades would be: arma plate+skirt - pegs - anguish - arma crossbow/twisted bow. I was scared aswell but after you get the hang of it, the boss is pretty easy. Good luck!
Upgrades are pretty self explanatory. Just replace the lower tier items with the better ones as you can afford them. As for the shield, you can use a twisted buckler, or if you got that big money, and elysian spirit shield.

I started doing the clicks but even at 92 range I hit nothing on either of them for ages. Even if I kept the melee focus off of me I was using an entire brew every 10 seconds with 90 defence... I don't know why.

You should also add there is a chance kree will try to melee you when you brew and restore.
So you don't actually throw a chin at Kree'arra? You just click him and focus him then yeet the chin at the minion and splash hits Kree'arra?
Why do I get wrecked lol followed the guide I’m iron too, collected black chins for an hour and only got 2 kills then had to tell, any suggestions? Gear is verac helm arms body legs Sammy boots, b chins crystal shield assembler fury ring of suffering b gloves
hi asuka, i was wondering which GWD boss is best to range against. i have 94 ranged, 77 def, and 87 hp, and i was wondering whether zilyana or kree'arra would be the better solo option to get into gwd with.

Zilyana is a lot easier to solo. And you definitely take less damage learning. But armadyl is more profitable as the drops are more common. With this boss there is a bit of a learning curve though. So if you’re looking for easier go zilly. But with those stats you should be able to do either with some practice.

@@Piusx4life I mean you can. Obviously you're gonna lose that additional 15% DPS the slayer helmet gives, but if you're trying for the pet are you really gonna be on task for possibly 5,000+ kills? Trips will be shorter, but the armadyl chestplate and chainskirt prices are so high right now, I don't think it matters if you're on or off task.

Can you make a few duo with an alt guide?
Another Method that can help extend the trip is to bring blood barrage, especially in a duo one player bringing a mage switch for blood burst or blood barrage can extend trips by 10-15 kills
Yes absolutely. But I didn’t want to complicate the process for beginners. The hardest part is getting the chinning down. I think beginners should focus on that and just getting through a few kills before adding in more complex mechanics as well as using inventory space.
should i just bring a staff switch?

AtNightGrind Guides for Noobs 99 range with 75 defense I can get 5-8 kill trip depending on food drops.

I remember when I solo’d armadyl and got my first drop I panicked and the minions killed me but I ran back picked up my armadyl items .... I do remember lagging out at times while soloing many many years ago miss the runescape days!!
I had this happen too during my first kill, I got stuck near a wall, couldn't tele, couldn't fight, couldn't eat. Just had to take it and die.
Well... my luck continues. using this guide I got an arma cp and the hilt within the first 20 kills XD

what d o you do if you keep getting hit over and over? i keep getting slammed with damage non stop with stats and the same gear as u. I have to spam click brews and it makes it literally impossible to click back and forth especially with hit box moving with the attack animation. bad rng i guess?
when you brew you aren't targeting the boss ,so it hits you with melee , you have to brew quickly target and repeat
Why do you kill the range minions before the magic minion, if you're already praying protect from range and thus wont take any damage from range but will take damage from magic?
Because generally you’ll you a decent magic defense. The ranger hits hard, but so does the mage. Kill the ranger quickly so you can pray against the mage. I suppose it doesn’t make much difference either way you do it, it’s just always how I’ve done it.
One of your brews in the stats and inv. picture part only has 3 doses =p
Does it matter if you right click and attack vrs just clicking to attack flight when chinning? I’m on mobile.
Nope. It doesn't matter at all. As long as you can still get the timing down as I showed, you're good to go.

What was your def when making this video? I have 99 range but only 75 def you sure 75 is enough?
He is 99 in all stats.
75 def is DEF not enough :P you would need 85-90
i wouldnt do any GWD activity if your stats arent 90+, really not worth the time. Just get them up with cannon or NMZ first

What's your Ranged level and are you using full Armadyl + Anguish ammy? If you are then you could afford to lose some Ranged attack bonus with a Dragonfire shield as its defence bonuses are well worth it.
Otherwise you might have to go get the Crystal shield.
it is i know how to heal with brews and restore. but if u added how to heal when low hp it will help allot of new players. other than that great tutorial

Sometimes Kree doesn't come closer to me, what should you do to lure it in?
Just stand there. Make sure auto retaliate is off. Kree will only come in to melee you if you are not focusing him. That's the reason for clicking on him every time you throw a chin at the melee minion. If focuses kree for 1 tick so he doesn't melee you as you're throwing your chin at the melee minion.
is twisted buckler worth taking over the crystal shield?
The crystal shield gives better defense bonuses. If you're using Armadyl Armor, i think you can get away with the buckler, but if you're using a budget setup I'd take the crystal shield.

I have a range level of 93, hitpoints 93, and def of 87. I don't do any bossing, I tried Zilyana recently as my first serious boss using the guide and I was able to go with friends easily and even got one solo kill. I used a lot of supplies. Is armadyl obtainable at my levels? I hear its extremely difficult so I probably won't be doing it anytime soon no matter what though.
Yeah it can be done with those levels. Just get the timing down with chinning the minion and looking at kree and you’ll do alright.
I know I’m osrs smol brain but I don’t understand why you can’t just chin kree and have the splash do damage to the melee? Wouldn’t that have the same outcome just less click intensive?
It would not. You target the melee minion because it’s defense is much lower so you’re much more likely to land a hit on the minion rather than the boss. If you just sit there and chin Kree, you’ll never hit and just waste chins.

All you have to do is get back on track. As long as you get back into the rhythm, he won’t melee.

When learning, probably somewhere between 3 and 5. But it will increase as you get better.

I wouldn't bother using Verac skirt since you want to have alot of mage def bonus it's the mage minion that does major damage to you and would recommend using karils skirt instead or God d hide chaps. A note to make Kree ara is capable in doing mage damage shown by the blue whirlwind.
It’s a magical ranged attack. It does magical damage but the amount of damage rolls off of your ranged defense. So you don’t wanna decrease your ranged defense.
But you pray range the whole fight lol... v skirt trash for kree
@@tankosrs8724 are you dumb? It is a magic attack that rolls off your range defence. It doesn't matter if you pray range, it's a magic attack.

Unfortunately no. The specific way chinchompas work is the reason this method works.

@@1995nissan240sxse I figured it out. Don't try to go to fast don't go too slow. Turn off in game sounds and music turn on your runelite metronome. After every action click on kriiara. Throw a chin at minion click on kriiara, click back on minion throw a chin click on kriiara. Drink 1 sip of brew click on kriiara, drink one sip of restore. Click on kriiara.

If you can afford the full arma, you probably have pegasians too.
Would a dragon sq make sense over a crystal shield? It has +8 range accuracy at the cost of -2 slash defense. Range def is irrelevant since you keep range pray up the whole fight.

You wouldnt want the d sq as the mage minon will hit more often and kree mage attack rolls off your range defense.

Better to have some sort of shield. You'll get rekt by the ranger. Plus the diamond bolts (e) will have a chance to ignore all armor and defense and land a hit.

Ghommals hilt will teleport you close to there. You can get that by completing combat diaries. But it does use up an inventory space. Troll Neil teleport is the next closest.

You don’t need a bandos item. Only Armadyl and Zamorak.

Absolutely. Kree is an aviansie. So the Slayer helm will work.
But why not just focus kree with the chins? What’s the reason behind hitting the melee one instead of the boss
Kree's defense is way higher than the melee minion. You're more likely to land a hit on the melee minion, thus more likely to damage Kree in the process because of the explosion radius.
AsukaYen OSRS i know this video is over a year old, but in today’s game mechanics would u still consider this somewhat a good starting setup, first trip i ever did was hit and walk mechanic where i would hit kree and stand under my trip lasted for only 3 kills I’m trying to find me a boss i can easily solo to build up bank and progress even more

Krees magic level is very high so it would be hard to actually get a successful cast. Better to just use the chin method and switch to diamond bolts.

Is it really that easy? I watched the whole vid and you barely took any damage. I'm 75 def 85 range 80 hp range tank will I have similar results?
As far as damage goes it's doubtful. I am maxed out so I take significantly less damage. 75 defense is a long way from 99. Better gear will help with that though. 85 range compared to 99 will also cause you to do less damage, thus take more damage from a long fight.

do it on a slayer task atleast that speeds up things and lets you use slayer helmet which has decent def
