I had a friend who was sergeant/ leutinent there, (can’t remember exactly which one)He was married to my good friend. He died an early death from a heart attack. He was around 43-44. His mother in law was my beautician and my friends mom. He had a hard time dealing with what they did to inmates and what they had to do sometimes. The part u don’t see or a lot of people don’t think happen.

My loved one has been in there for 33 years. Eight years in segregation and many more years on and off for no real reason. Many of the officers are corrupt and plant weapons, make up charges in retaliation for filing complaints. They have lied and incited violence against my loved one and others. My loved one is in for 2 non violent theft charges and never gets approved for parole because they make sure he’s charged with something when the hearing is held so he gets denied. After decisions are made then magically the charges get unfounded or dismissed. The one who has treated him the worst for many years is Larry Collins who was a co and I believe he’s lieutenant now. There’s usually video evidence of the assaults on my inmate but no one helps him.

Let me tell you something that is for sure:
They didn't let me keep my Nintendo DS despite its proven rehabilitative value.

Happens all too often. I know out here in California if you a young man short timing you better have yourself a strategy on how you are going to conduct yourself or else you you will be staying A LOT longer than anticipated.

Rumours and innuendo are the most toxic stuff when you are in an institution. People have nothing better to do than talk s*** about other people sometimes.

Was stationed at Fort Knox for a bit. It ain’t locked down as tight as you would think. Obviously the vault is but that shit been empty since it was built probably. Basically though you go in the front gate to get on post and it’s off to the left you literally drive right by it. There are two chain link fences with that concertina wire around the top one fence around the building that probably goes way under ground and then another fence around that one and there are golfballs all over the lawn. Swear to the gods. Could tell you some interesting stories about that place.

I've seen this dude in a special about Red Onion on HBO, or some TV show. Places like Red Onion are prisons you have to EARN your way into that place, with multiple bad issues in other prisons.

Watched a video of this guy, who broke into a few cars in town. One he found a checkbook. Cashed a check and got caught. The guy who's checkbook was the wardon of the supermax prison in town. Guess where the guy got sent.. Think it was 1 year. Ended up getting a life sentence for holding a guy down while being stabbed right on camera when he was let out for a sick call slip.
