Coming from my home state of Virginia, we will be diving back into the notorious Red Onion a maximum-security prison for the worst of the worst.

He should have called a bail bondsman not his mom you can sweet talk a woman bail bondsman and it almost anything. My stripper ex-girlfriend got locked up in Beaumont, I sweet talked that bail bondsman ended getting out of bed at 2:00 a.m. and taking $100 for like a $20,000 bond

I'll tell you guys a story about D8 in Durango, the pod the dude is in. I did a few months in there a few years back. It's the only open building type pod in Durango and we call it "The warehouse". Other pods have cells in them, I did time in D6 in 2007. The warehouse is the most populated pod in Durango, I don't know how many it holds, but it's a lot.
One day out of nowhere they put us on lockdown and take away our dinner and started giving us two sack lunches a day. You only eat twice a day in Phoenix jail. Sack lunches are two little sub style bread rolls, a big pouch of peanut butter, one regular size packet of jelly, an orange, a pack of six little Oreo type cookies, and a little container of milk. We call them "Ladmo bags" after a kids show that was popular in Phoenix back when I was a kid. They said they locked us down because the woods, (the whites) were racial grouping like they were going to do something. We weren't, the pod was peaceful at the time. The lockdown kept getting more intense because people were talking after being told not too. They had us stripped down to our pink boxers, sitting Indian style on our bunks, sitting on our hands. Not allowed to talk or make eye contact with each other, not allowed to read books, only two people allowed to be in the bathroom at the same time. We just had to sit there quietly starving all day. After about day five people were getting really hungry and agitated and when they brought the carts of sack lunches in for dinner after telling us we would probably have our regular dinner back that night, we rioted. I was close to the carts by chance and grabbed a bag quickly before everyone rushed the carts and the officers. The officers fled the building and locked us in. Everyone was grabbing as many bags as possible because they were so hungry. But there was only enough bags in there for everyone to have one. If someone at the front grabbed three, than three people in the back got zero. People in the back are yelling they're going to mess up anyone grabbing more than one as they rushed to the front and started bombing on anyone with more than one bag. The heads of the groups lost control and were promising chin checks to any of their members with more than one bag. Yelling it loudly over the sound of a huge building full of guys that have all gone into full blown hand to hand combat with each other. The officers took forever to get their riot gear on and come back in force. I sat on my bunk, protecting my bag and watching all hell break loose. People getting stomped, people getting beat with the carts the food was in, sinks in the bathroom getting destroyed just because. It was crazy. Finally officers storm in and immediately spray tear gas into the building. Tear gas sucks, trust me. This would be my last night in there, I was released by the courts that morning and was waiting on my call to roll out. The lockdown was extended because the riot for who knows how long. As I was driving away the next morning after getting out, I smoked one for my friends who were still in there. Sitting Indian style on their hands in their boxers. Dead quiet. With black eyes and bruises. In a big building with broken sinks, behind barbed wire fences, just off a main road full of people driving by. Living their lives with no idea of what their driving past.

I'm in philly, these jails are wild too. But I did all my youngbul jail times in a county jail near by. It ain't crazy like that. But their more serious about dumb sh¡t like probation. They lick ya up for not paying fines & driving w/o license. Philly don't. But that's the trade off bro 😂

Seeing all these people get 3 years probation brings me back, I'm about to get off probation in 1 month I did 3 years of probation myself never got any violations and it was actually my first time getting in trouble. Definitely learned my lesson.

I’m on 5 years probation (for ag assault for defending myself lol) and looking at a 7 to 10 if I fuck up. Got almost 2 years down and 3 to go ! Your videos help keep me on the straight and narrow.

Yeah he did get me out of it. I plead down from 2nd degree attempted murder. Looking at a minimum of 20. Didn’t see a day in prison. I had the some of the worse charges in the whole pod. I was one of the only ones that got to leave ! Lol

Hardest thing was staying sober. Now I got almost a year clean. In that year I got my own place and a promotion into managing a kitchen. I go to work and come home. If I didn’t get caught up I’d still be doing the same shit and might not be here. Honestly I look at it like it’s best thing that ever happened to me. Wish I wasn’t a violent offender but it’s small price to pay to finally have a life worth living and a job I like. I’d have none of it if I never got in trouble

Lol we have a 0 plant limit here in ND but I grew 14 this winter. I'm set for a while without having to drive to Montana and pay 400 for an oz at a dispensary. Simply because I literally know anyone here much less a hookup
I've heard too much about red onion. Spent 10 months in Washington county VA. That shit was enough for me. I'm 45 years old now. Them vice Lords and Aryans we're getting ready to go to war. They shook us down and 10 shivs. It was off the chain for regional jail. You had certain phones you could use, certain showers you could use. The gang members owned that pod. You couldn't do nothing about it. 5 gang members came in stomped dude out . Knocked his teeth out and dude just flushed his teeth down the toilet. Man I could tell you some stories.

Keep killing it death. I've only done a few over night stays at crook county jails, but currently on probation. You and other channels remind me to keep my ass in line. I'm not necessarily scared of jail or prison, I worry more about charges I may get while in there. Stay free and blessed bro.

Exactly like he said it. The damn officers want to be treated like officers not just guards or babysitters then they should completely investigate the situation and charge only the people that started the fight and not the people defending their life from an attack
Bruh, I got 6 months for a hot urine my first probation offense and even then I had to do inpatient rehab afterwards. I didn't even have a history of drug charges. They did me dirty. It often makes no sense to because career dopers were getting released and I was getting smoked. It's like spinning a wheel man, you just never know, there is no rhyme or reason. Could be a bad judge, a judge who had a bad day, who knows it's a crap shoot
Well said, I got a VOP and during first appearance in court there were two DA’s there, everyone who had the older DA got to go home, even guys who were on felony probation; all of us who got the younger DA (who’s nickname was “no deal Neil”) got offered time, he offered me 180 days. Fast forward 23 days and I’m back in court and it was a different judge and only the older cool DA was there ( I heard jail gossip that the asshole DA was on vacation or something but didn’t know if it was the truth or what) and he immediately ended my probation and let me go home, he even withheld the judication of guilt on my charge. It’s crazy and honestly down to just plain luck on wether you get screwed or not in court which is what makes the whole process so stressful and terrifying.

Though know when its setting someone up for failure (drug addict) than say a person with no history to keep in check.
@@danbiss87 setting em up for failure is putting them right back on the street with 0 tolerance to die from a fentanyl overdose. Gimme a break.
Also I said I didn't have a criminal drug history, I never said I wasn't an addict.
@@Thee-_-Outlier Been through it. They don't put homeless addicts on probation. They know typically try to send them to a mandatory rehab, and if they can't complete it they do straight time. What they don't do is put them on probation because they know due to their circumstances. But every case is treated different. If you live at home with mommy then yea they'll give probabtion, but repeat offenders of misdemeanors because of drug addiction are treated differently

years ago I had to turn myself in on a bench warrant I think, it was something petty like I had to go in and bond right back out. I didn’t even end up going down to the actual pods at the county jail and instead they threw me up in a little holding cell right by the intake… it was weird. But I am up there happy as hell to have my own little cell and I know I am coming right back out but this kid inmate gets on one of the phones and is fucking HYSTERICAL like “Momma! Momma! Noooooo momma you gotta get me! whyyyyyy mommaaaaa!!! wAAaAaAAAaaah” it was fucking insane and we weren’t even in the damn jail for real lol. But one of the CO’s was like “Hey!! what did I tell you about screaming and crying on my phone!?” lol like this kid had done this before a few times. Not a good look to throw a fit on the phone in jail lol dudes will eat you alive in there.
Another point to be brought up is not to complain if you are looking at short time (5yrs or less) in lock up you have lifers mixed with guys like this and dont want to hear crying about a month when they are going to spend rest of life behind bars and now need some easy clout so take out the "cupcake" just because.

I'd take 6 months over 3 years probation most likely a year. Probation is the worst you have zero rights and can go back at absolutely anytime and 2 years 11 months in catch a new case and still have to do all that time you had on the street screw that I'd just max out unless it was serious time like a nickel or more..

Only way to catch a felony domestic is being a habitual or putting the victim in the hospital. Don't know which the girlfriend or girls cousin but one of them needed stitches. I'm thinking cousin cause the girl missed the court date.

In Maricopa the superior court building is connected to the 4th ave jail via underground tunnels. That how everyone goes to court is though these tunnels even if your coming from another jail. You will just stay in holding cells beneath the court building . Durango also no longer exists it’s now Watkins street jail.

I live in Orange County now I’ve been to jail one time here it’s super sweet compared to Virginia the wildest thing bro is I started watching your series, then found out later ur from the 757 and been locked up some of the same places.
