I watch these videos because it reminds me to stay calm when dealing with all the crazy people that try me from time to time in this world. Ignore them and keep it moving. Stay safe🙏

Man I watch these videos to remind myself after a long day at work that I get to go home at the end of day. I have a home, a wife and 3 kids. Times are tough sometimes but there's people out there craving the life I created for myself. Bless their souls man damn.

In WSP medium they have screens in the unit room. When they play movies when on lockdown you can tune your radio to a certain station to hear it if you didn't have a TV.

Bulemia is awful to see someone go through. They eat and just afterwards, go throw it all up. It can also go with anorexia where people just refuse to eat. I lived with a girl going through all of it and it's like a drug addiction combined with a mental disorder. It's brutal man.

This documentary is very well made, nice job and entertaining to see your take on it. Have you seen Death row Indiana state prison with Sir Trevor McDonald? McDonald is a British OG through and through and kicks it with people on death row like it's nothing at all.

bulimia is when somebody is obsessed with a certain body image and they’ll do anything to get there like making them selves puke or starving themselves, usually cause by depression
Nope . But close . Bullimia is characterized by their tendency to starve themselves and then binge eating food, and then suffer a ssvere guilt for that and often induce vomiting , extreme excercise, and finally extreme starving again leading the to cycle starting again... Its defined by that cycle.
Vs an anorexic will typically maintain a rediculously low intake of only certain foods, leading to a concentration camp level of malnourishment thats can be appalling .. its a constant behavior that dont often imitate the cycle seen above

At 7:27 p.m., while he was in his jail cell, I had just returned home from work. I locked myself in my bedroom and contemplated the possibility of spending my entire life confined to this room. The thought of such a scenario genuinely frightened me, as it would essentially be a living hell.

The inmate called Dennis assaulted the Prison Warden and so had been in Red Onion for - at that point - going on 20 years if I'm remembering correctly.
Fascinating though macabre documentary.
Big dumb Web at Buckingham in December of 96 ???? He was housed in jail at Greensville until Sussex and Red onion was opened

As a YTer/self harmer who hasn't been to prison but understands the mentality behind it, thank you for being respectful on the topic Josh. It's a hard thing for others to understand but it's coming from a place of pain, whether it's being done for attention or not. If you know anyone who self harms please try be gentle with them, they're struggling a lot if their logic and emotions are taking them to a place of hurting themselves. Encourage them to seek professional help and to use harm reduction techniques if they aren't ready to stop yet.
Harming yourself is a trait of fear. Fear nothing but god.

@@nunnie768 it does happen. I got 8 for a drug deal I didn’t arrange or profit from. A drug dealer sold drugs in my apartment that the person overdosed on, because it was sold in my apartment I got 8.
@@nunnie768 it’s pretty rare . Only case that comes to mind of an innocent man going away in recent times would be that chauvin guy in MN. I’d rather 10 guilty people walk free than have one innocent person be imprisoned.

Jesse Wilburn was a kid a couple years younger than me who one day decided to rob a bank.
Saw him 22 years later out but sure enough, he got caught with meth and went into state prison.

Red Onion ain't no joke. I saw a documentary on HBO about it years ago before streaming. It scares the shit out of me. This documentary explains that they can get a TV off commissary if you go 9 months without any disciplinary problems.

Anorexia is when a person eats VERY little to nothing at all. I knew a girl once that had an alarm set for 2pm daily. She would eat 2 pieces of fruit and that was all she would touch for the entire day. Many often work out (usually cardio based) a lot as well.
Both come from body dysmorphia.

FYI Lockdown fans: bulimic is eating a large meal each day but forcing themselves to vomit right afterwards. It can be deadly.
Anorexia is not eating enough daily nutrition or calories for long periods such as only drinking black coffee or one plain bowl iceberg lettuce then exercising strenuously without that food fuel. It's often deadly
