If you face a sowthpaw in a self defense situation don't tilt your head to the inside when throwing the jab to the body, stay upstraight, because once he sees you down there he will knee or kick your head. So remember against sowthpaws beeing an orthodox fighter, jab with the back straight, then punch with the back hand getting the head out of the centerline to avoid retaliating shots, when throwing the back hand, change levels, bend your kness and throw the back hand to the body, trust me, once you throw one shot, they will usually retaliate. Stay strong, never give up! You can also throw the back hand to the head, but make sure you take your head out of the centerline of your sowthpaw opponent. Drill this up many times, till it becomes a habit, then, win :) 0:25 Once you throw the liver shot or body shot, cover at the same time your right side of the chin with your fist, don't break your guard, i see that you wanted to double up to the head after the body shot, that's good, but remember to stay well covered, never break the guard. Loose guards are usually used by counterpunchers.
You’re dropping your lead hand a lot leaving your left side open. Not the worst thing but it leaves your chin open. It would be beneficial to practice bringing the hand back to the chin after your jab. I drill I will practice is after every punch I touch my cheekbone to work on defense of my head and chin. Practicing blocking/defense like this really helps against a counterpuncher. You’re getting better, breathing and bending your knees, keep up the good work 💪

Yo how r you dude? That's a really cool shadowboxing but look when you throw the cross after the body jab, your left hand is a little bit down. Be careful with that, and you're hitting with the shoulder in the jab+cross down, you can try rotate your knuckle in way that your shoulder cover your chin... ( I practice muay thai so that's like i do )
