    Great 👍 how many repetitions per exercise / set you advise for regular athletes to recover for the next day session? Avoid overload! Thanks

      It really just depends on the athlete, their training history, schedule, programming, etc. But for most of these exercises, you can aim for around 10 reps, give or take. For the more intense exercises, go less.

    Is it possible to do these exercises after a running session for more than half an hour?🌹🌹🌹

      You can do plyos after running, but typically I'd recommend doing them before. They require a lot from the nervous system, so usually we want to perform these more demanding exercises first
