Just for reference, an average afl quarter goes for 30mins. Average distance covered throughout a game is 10-15km (6-10miles). There is a LOT of running and sprinting involved. Although there is strength training (mostly compound movements or HIIT) these guys/girls are endurance athletes firstly.
‘Need to have some fitness’ I believe it’s the sport which has the most amount of average km/miles run per player in the world. Definitely a game of fitness
Absolutley love your channel! I originally visited to look at your strength training for judo videos, but then I got side tracked and went down a rabbit hole to explore other content and finished up at your Aussie Rules video. This is by far the best in-depth analysis for players of the game I've seen 👍
Actually, passing the ball by hitting the ball would result in a free kick against you as it is an incorrect disposal. You have to hit the ball with your closed fist.

Footy is what people call the game. Footy is also what people call the ball, but NO ONE calls a footy player a "footy" 🤣

There is not option for this in the app, Has this been removed or can you create one ?
