Marcus Roark not true at that spot, it’s considered fresh water past the 101 to downtown. As long as you have ur 2 rod stamp that’s all fresh water. Fish and game was there and told Dana that

Oscar Quintero yes, mud suckers are in the river for about 6-8 months then the move out to bay. Use worms and small hooks
