I saw this on the Gitty Gang but man... he did a great job on that guitar. I've been wanting to do a solidbody rendition of a CBG for a while. Rebel Weapons just showed us all how it's done.

This is an interesting approach! I've been thinking about doing a similar kind of thing, except with a through-neck more like the firebird.
The body shape is pretty cool i imagine it would look rad scaled up for a 6 string! With nothing but a bridge humbucker too!
