It has been a very long time since I have hung out in Moab, a couple of years if I am not mistaken. Eagle Eye is a newly constructed section parallelling LPS. What better person to experience this new section with than the Mayor himself, Kyle Mears. Riding with Kyle is a different sport and I am always amazed at the fluidity and aggression that the mayor rides with. An absolute legend! When Kyle hits the deck, the earth shakes. #followcamfriday gold. This was ridden on my Yeti SB130LR

I just wrapped up a trip to the desert, heading back to sea level (Connecticut) but Eagle Eye was so good I had to hit that trail twice in the last week. Saw Kyle’s time on Strava…that’s bonkers! Nice to see this video, helps

Extra jealous of you this week. Iv made trip to Moab at end of October for last five years to ride and celebrate birthday. Even got to hang with you, Kyle and James out at Bartlett wash few years ago. This year I broke my frame and don’t have a bike currently. Hopefully a crash replacement becomes available soon and I can get a trip in December.
Fingers crossed for a crash replacement amigo. Better your bike than your body, haha.

trucking down Lower Porcupine.... how fast do your GoPro (or other computer if you're running one) say you guys are going?

Rode it along with Falcon Flow. Only about a quarter as aggressive though.
We almost rode this when we were there in May but opted for the familiarity of the Klondike Bluffs area.
Edit: I looked at Trailforks and it was Falcon Flow we were contemplating.
Almost only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades. ha
This looks super fun! Does this trail mostly trend downhill? It seems to buck the trend somewhat of Moab trails having punchy climbs in the middle.
It's downhill if you sprint your brains out the entire way.

I have ridden up the Porcupine Rim Access Road and I can tell you it's not fun. Going down looks way better.
Trail is closed while crews make repairs. Apparently the trail ran into a Kyle and is need of maintenance.
