I got the Rascal lite because you did such a bang up job review! I removed the governor, powder coated it, but haven't gotten the bike up to any speed because the chain keeps falling off! The engine is pushed all the way over and it is about a thin worn dime off?
Thanks! There are a few things you can do. You can Use an engine plate for easy chain adjustment. You can also move the back wheel over slightly but you might have to add a washer or two behind the brake to move it over to align with the disk. You can also use a spring-loaded tensioner. Also you could use RLV gold on gold 35 chain. It is wider and tends to stay on the sprocket better.

I’m against the in tank filters. I always remove them in favor of a replaceable external filter. I don’t want dirt trapped in the tank.
Those are some good little motors for the price I have two of them 👍🏻

Have you had any issues with the unitank leaking since you got it installed? Mine has leaked consistently, and then the rubber grommet broke in half. Trying to figure out an alternative to get my bike back up and running.

Hey Black 66 I have a Coleman bt200x it has a stage 1 kit and a zip tie gov I have got it up to 53 but I had to hold it wide open for about 2 miles
So I am looking to do a motor swap do you think a predator 301 will fit with a straight chain
Or do you think a duromax 274 will be better

Yes, especially if you run a torque converter.

Do you have a coleman mini bike? If you have one did you order it Arizona? I live in Washington and coleman does not deliver mini bikes to Ca,Or, wa az and I do not know why. Wa has a way to license mini bikes quads and atv's with restrictions. Coleman thinks mini bikes can not be street legal. Just looking for reasons why.
